Is a cheater team and a scam website, remind every one, don't order on this website, wait more than 2 month, service team is always reply with same message by email, after when u contact again no reply e-mail anymore.I can show it order receipt, payment and all the email to prove it not missleading.

Your asking for a review when I never received my items.

Absolutely poor customer service. I ordered a package in July and it was stated in the item description that the order will ship in 3-4 weeks. It is now November, and I have yet to receive my item. I have had to contact customer service at least 5 times in regards to my order, just to be told that "it's on its way" without any information as to when it will ship. Sometimes, I would email them and not get any response. I have had to fight just to get a tracking link, which has not been updated in over 2 months. I keep being told that my package is delayed, but am not being told when I will receive it. I have requested a refund of my order, and am being denied that. I keep being told my package is on it's way, there are delays, etc. but it has been 4 MONTHS and STILL no update. This was my first ever purchase on Trill and it will definitely be my last.

I’ve had a great experience with Trill until my last order. It’s been over two months and I haven’t received my order. I’ve asked for a refund and I have yet to receive a response.

All these reviews is lies and a bunch of bull. This website is a rip off I place an order for some shoes for $176 dollars way back in July I have not received them. I reached out to them through email on multiple attempts asking for updates to the point where I got frustrated and asked for my refund and I have not got a response other then them saying they will get back with me and never did. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER NOR YOUR REFUND. I regret ever trying to purchase something on this website SCAMMERS!!!!!! If I can leave negative stars I would.

They’ve scammed me out my money won’t respond or send me multiple orders I’m going to have to file a lawsuit against them and I’m going to.

Ordered my item on September 24th, 2021 & still haven’t received the item or any shipping info Or tracking # as of October 25th, 2021. My order was supposed to be a birthday gift & my original email said shipping was 2-3 weeks. I only got an update on my item when I reached out to them.

So if I could.I would rate zero stars. they refuse to refund my money. I’ve order almost 5 6 months ago an it still never arrived. There customer service is terrible they send you the same automated email over an over . I’m still in disbelief that they haven’t gotten back with about my orders that never was delivered or in fact look in to the matter . I’d rather still have my refund back an I wouldn’t ever shop with them ever.. also brought a pair of yeezy they sent the wrong size mind you after it took 2 in a half months to send the shoe website should be removed an shut down period.

The items and pricing works compared to other retailers. Great job there! I would like to see the turnaround time on shipping shorten a little.

I have yet to receive my items I order on august 14 2021 it’s now oct ‘13 2021. I’ve emailed trill multiple times no responses. I don’t know where my items are or if they shipped won’t ship again

the worst experience i have ever had ordering anything on the internet. you also told me i would get a gift card sent to me email for how horrible the experience was and never received that either lmao. literally AWFUL

a store that sells sneakers at stock x prices, if not higher and thats not including the mandatory 20$ express (3-4 week shipping) . i have been trying to cancel my Trill select account for a months and they wont let me and they keep saying that they will get back to me and someone will be on in contact with me for months.IM TELLING YOU THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. ANYONE THAT SAYS OTHERWISE JUST WORKS FOR THEM.

Wrote a bad review deleted it cause I was wrong but . Today they canceled my order for no reason glad with my refund but I will never order anything else from this site for a while 💯💯💯not worth it costumer service decent but they will cancel ya order on some bull sh!t.

I’m a Trill Select member which cost me $30 a month. With this membership I had the opportunity to participate in a Yeezy “shock drop”. I ordered a pair of foam runners during the shock drop on August 4. It’s now October 3rd and I still don’t have my foam runners. I’ve messaged several times with little to no communication. All they tell me is: “I am currently coordinating with the vendor on your order. You will soon receive an update.” I still have no update or sneakers. Not what I expected from a Paid membership.

I like the shirt but it took so long to come in. tht me and my bf broke up last month and the shirt didnt come in soon enough. And it was a birthday gift to well i thought it was. it wouldve made this betta for us but it didnt so now the shirt is sitting in my closet wit no use boo.🥺

Terrible customer service, and turnaround time

I have multiple orders that I have gotten no tracking for and when it says 2-4weeks to see an update and it has been closer to 2 months. I reached out to the service team and after telling me they would reach out on the shipper and get back to me, they never did. I am wanting to get my items or money back and cancel my subscription at this point.
