My wife and I first discovered ESPA at the spa at The Ritz-Carlton in Palm Springs and instantly fell in love. We tried it there, eased it into our routine, and were hooked.
Our first purchase was the Tri-Active Lift & Firm Collagen Booster and wow—absolutely fantastic. After that, we added the Calming Cica Mask (the lotion-style mask you apply and rinse off), and it quickly became a staple.
I’m pretty into my skincare routine, but my wife is next-level and has been teaching me the ropes—and these products genuinely deliver. Everything smells fresh, feels luxurious, and most importantly, you can see real results within weeks.

Espa essential oils for Yoga
I bought Espa bath and body oils in the gift set for my daughter, who is a yoga teacher at a residential recovery facility. It is traditional in our style of teaching to give hands-on adjustments in Savana to end a class. The oils provide a subtle aromatherapy influence and antibacterial shield. I was able to find the product easily on the Espa website. The gift set is perfect, as it gives a nice variety in smaller bottles, which are easy to transport and won’t lose potency before they are used up. Thank you!

I received a notice that my package was…
I received a notice that my package was delivered on Saturday night and it never arrived at my adress. I tried to reach the delivery company but was stuck with a bot that never got back to me with any information or explanation. I reached out to Espa yesterday and never heard back or received an explanation. Last night my package ended up on my front lawn. Whoever it was mistakenly sent to must have delivered it to my house. It is outrageous and unforgivable that neither Espa or Sway (the delivery service) never responded to any of my inquires and calls for help in finding the package. This is horrible customer service and I doubt I will ever do business again with Espa.

The website does not allow for a customer to change their mind on items in their cart (either adding or removing items). Also, it would be helpful on the shipping charges if customers would be advised up front regarding the minimum spend to achieve free shipping.

Would be great if prices were offered in Canadian dollars offer, shipping to Canada but had to pay in usd, so paid in even more in currency exchange.
