The Mercedes AMG ride on was okay
The Mercedes AMG ride on was okay. The car goes together easy enough and has neat features. Despite having a rubber center track on the wheels, the car does not grip well at all in grass which was the primary reason we purchased the vehicle. Along the same track, the car does not have enough power, even in "high speed" to get through grass. My yard is extremely short and the car does not function well. Last, but not least, this car has no turn radius. Thankfully we have no obstacles in our yard or else this would be virtually impossible for our child to drive around.

The Jerp came on time. I had an issue with one of the lights in the back but they resolved it for me. Customer Service ended up being very good.

Tobbi not working
My granddaughter can't ride her tobbi. The handlebar wire is loose or something. An employee was writing back then stopped. So my husband has to figure it out himself to fix it.

Right front wheel quit working 2 weeks…
Right front wheel quit working 2 weeks in to using it . Only offered 25 $ of my money back , sent video of the item showing the problem as requested instead of a replacement , I was going to purchase a second one but considering how they handled this one not replacing it I def will not be buying another or would not recommend this product . Very very disappointed .

You only need to adjust the brake pads at the bottom of the product to make it work. In order to confirm this, we asked you for a picture of the bottom of the product. I wouldn’t recommend this specific item I purchased. It’s overpriced for what your getting and honestly I think it completely sucks. Customer service is in china therefor good luck communicating with them when necessary.

Button broke and no way to fix it. Contacted customer service they were supposed to send new button still hasn’t arrived. Toy is useless. Babies can easily remove the red buttons. Choking hazzard

I don’t like the controls on the ride on toy it doesn’t just go in a straight line you have to constantly back it up then go forward to go correct way . It could be slightly faster for walks in park with child .
