Do not buy anything from Vado

Do not buy anything from Vado. We bought a new shower a few years ago and within a year it broke down. As it was under warranty we finally, after much argument, got replacement parts. Shortly after that the replacement control panel packed up and as this was covered under original warranty they wouldn’t do anything about it! We have now had to completely replace everything with a different make and pay for installation - £1000! Expensive mistake buying from Vado in the first place.

The Rolls-Royce of taps and service

I feel compelled to write a review for this company. Not only are the taps of great quality but the customer service is second to none. The taps are a great design and exceptionally made. I bought my taps over 10 years ago with an unlimited warranty at the time the taps were very expensive and were a great design. However recently I encountered a problem with the valve where it started leaking which is not bad after 10 years, I contacted the company and spoke to Adam at customer services I sent them a copy of my invoice and they were kind enough to send out replacement valves the next day. So therefore I cannot help but sing the company's praises. Even after so many years they still look after their customers I will always urge people not only to look at the price but also purchase quality products from the quality company such as Vado. They did not hesitate in sending out the replacement valves. The Rolls-Royce of taps and service. Thank you Adam and Wouter ☺️

Lucy in engineer support

Lucy in engineer support has been absolutely fantastic. I have had a problem with a digital shower and she has been patient and understanding and so very helpful. Her telephone manner is simply lovely and she has arranged two engineer visits without any delay at all, I can’t praise her enough. Customer service calls can sometimes be frustrating and stressful but Lucy has made the whole experience smooth, calm and stress free.

Great service

I recently contacted customer services. As my slider for the shower rail broke. (the bit that holds the showerhead) Adam, was very responsive and helpful and arranged for a replacement to be sent under the warranty. Great service Thanks 👍

Great customer service

Received great assistance from both Shaun and Lucy at Vado! Issues with their shower unit were described and Vado agreed to send out parts under warranty. Overall, very helpful. Good customer service!

I had a problem with a leak in my wash…

I had a problem with a leak in my wash basin outlet.
Made contact and spoke with Lucy who requested I send a photo of the part. After she received the part which she identifed and was able to arrange a replacement. Communication was perfect and she done everything possible to ensure my problem was solved. She is a credit to Vado perfect customer service.

Best customer service ever!

As you can imagine I have dealt with many customer service operations over the years and will happily say your has been the best I have ever experienced.  Not only were phone calls answered promptly but practical help was offered without question.  And then you recognised the warranty situation and promptly supplied the required parts. The issue was quickly solved. Absolutely excellent.

Satisfaction

The fact that they held good on their product guarantee after 8years.
The person we dealt with Ross, was prompt and courteous when we first asked about our problem and came up with what we needed.
