Delivery issues
Haven't tried the new briquettes which were delivered today. The pallet was not intact and many of the bundles were damaged and a fair few briquettes are missing/damaged. Obviously this pallet has had some journey, the delivery process can be best described as shambolic. Will I order from this company again, probably not...

Hi Stuart,
I'm very sorry you got caught up in our trial of a different pallet courier. It goes without saying that the trial was not successful and we are now using a different courier. As a company we try to respond as quickly as we can when things go wrong, which is why we very quickly moved to a different, much improved, haulier.
I know you're sending photos of the damage to us so we can deal with that as well; we are always keen to ensure the pallet arrives in perfect condition and when it doesn't we need to know so we can rectify any problems.
I know that Steve spent a lot of time trying to ensure your delivery went smoothly but as you say, TPN's service was shambolic and has cost our reputation dearly.
Thank you for taking the time to review your experience and I hope that when you do try the briquettes you like them.

Driver phoned first and arrived on…
Driver phoned first and arrived on time. Unlike some previous deliveries, driver manoeuvred the pallet into a prepared space whereas previous deliveries were left at the roadside and we had to manhandle them into storage.
Very efficient delivery.

Arrived well packaged
Arrived well packaged. The tracking didn't seem to work, they just arrived. Previous loads had a call to arrange a time. Saying that they were bigger loads and guess that's a courier issue. Will be back. Thanks again

We were using a new company on a trial period but it didn't go well; one of the issues was a lack of tracking for certain areas, which unfortunately was the case for your order. I pre ordered a pallet of Briquettes I August and asked if they could be delivered on Wednesday 2nd of September. Wood Fuel Coop in Dumfries were so helpful and assured me they would do everything to comply with my request. the pallet of Briquettes arrived early afternoon Wednesday 2nd of September.
I was kept informed of the progress of my order up to the moment it arrived at my door. I have ordered Briquettes from Wood Fuel Coop Dumfries over a number of years and they have never let me down. Thank you for a great service.
