We have ordered our heat logs from here for a number of years with great success. They are brilliant to deal with, have competitive prices plus a delivery system which is efficient and effective. If there is a problem, which is not often, they will always deal with it immediately and solve the issue. We will continue to recommend them and use them. Heat logs we had this year burn really well. Fantastic customer service
Update: These logs are the best I’ve ever had. They don’t need constant topping up and it’s a truly impressive roaring fire. I’d love to upload a video of all my critters gathering around to admire it! My special thanks to Ashley for her kindness and generosity. My logs were cut for me in order to make them easier to handle post surgery. Wood Fuel Cooperative was a great find and deliver to Devon from Dumfries to numerous customers en route so I don’t feel bad about the “air miles” since I have no working boiler.
Highly recommended!

We received a good mix in the sample…
We received a good mix in the sample quarter pallet. We were told we would get call from the carrier to arrange delivery but we had an email saying it was coming next day, no choices. Now to try all the products and compare.

I'm sorry that Palletways didn't phone you in advance; sometimes they do email rather than call but however they contact you there should always be an option for you to reschedule the delivery if it doesn't suit. I'll report this back to them and see why this didn't happen for your delivery.

Excellent Company
Having ordered from Wood Fuel Co-operative on previous occasions I had no hesitation ordering from them again. The company is very efficient, have a good range of products, their prices are competitive and customer service is excellent. Palletways delivery service is very efficient and delivery drivers are always very helpful.

Great value and speedy service. Always quick to process my order. The carriers you use usually offer a range of delivery days and the driver rings ahead when 20 minutes or so away

Great products and customer service
I have been buying wood-waste briquettes from Wood Fuel Co-0p for some years now, as they offer the widest selection of products I have found. In addition their website has a huge amount of detailed information on he relative burning characteristics of each product, e.g %age moisture and ash content, heat output etc..Also their customer service is excellent; they are readily available and unfailingly helpful and friendly. I'd give them 5 stars +

Great service with a smile! A great company to use!
We explained to the company that that we needed to have a small lorry to deliver the order of pellets as our driveway was was inaccessible if a larger vehicle was used. They listened and complied by sending a 7.5 ton vehicle and the order of wood pellets was delivered on time by a very helpful member of their team. We were delighted by the service we received, especially as it was rather inclement weather!

Communications were excellent between the supplier and the distributor. The delivery arrived mid morning and were dropped very close to the place of storage.
Ashley was very helpful when I had a few issues with my credit card. She made the transaction very easy.
