Great customer service Dylan and Charlie
I approached the need to try and extend my voucher with a small amount of dread as trying to fulfill such matters can be tricky and labourious.
Firstly someone picking up quickly and efficiently was a very pleasant surprise. It happened both times of trying initially with Dylan and then also with Charlie. Both of them had lovely helpful attitudes and made the process as straightforward as possible explaining what was necessary clearly and helpfully. The whole thing was done swiftly and with their generous help. I am so appreciative of such service as it can be difficult to find these days. Thank you Dylan and Charlie keep it up - you blessed me and no doubt many others.

Bought a mum and daughter photoshoot…
Bought a mum and daughter photoshoot for my mum on mother's day. Everything was super simple and easy from ordering to booking. We had our photoshoot on the weekend and we had such a laugh, can't wait to see the results. My mum said it's one of the best presents she's had, we made some amazing memories. Highly recommend.

I received an Activity Suoerstore
gift experience and really struggled to activate and exchange it online. I became so frustrated that I almost gave up.
I eventually found their phone number and spoke to Dylan. What a star! He was incredibly patient, talked me through everything step by step, and even followed up to make sure I'd done everything correctly. As it turned out, I hadn't, so Dylan went the extra mile and booked the experience for me himself.
It's rare to receive customer service like this these days. Dylan was friendly, professional, and couldn't have been more helpful. He is a real credit to Activity Superstore. With advisors like Dylan, the company can't go wrong.

Terrible company
Terrible company. They don’t reply to emails and don’t want you to phone them. I’ve tried to book a break that was purchased for us as a gift then they send me details how to book but surprisingly when I try to book they then tell me it an extra £50 if I want a Saturday night. I’m trying to rearrange another break but cannot get hold of them. Are they all working from home sat on their settees watch TV?

Never deal with this company, they don't reply to emails, no contact number, doesn't explain how to use vouchers, don't know how they are still in business if it was a face to face they wouldn't be, they can hide behind not answering emails.

Worst customer service and worst…
Worst customer service and worst company ever. I have never faced so much issue in making a simple booking that I did with these guys.
I purchased a voucher for Avora for a table booking at their bar. The biggest mistake of my life was to not book directly through the restaurant and involve these guys.
I kept following up for 5 days through numerous emails and pleading repeatedly as the booking was to celebrate my wife's birthday. Guess what they don't even have a contract number.
No one ever replied and I kept getting system generated auto responses with a promise to respond in 2 days. 5 days for a bar take booking and I never got the confirmation.
The booking was for today 8 pm and till 530 pm when I write this no confirmation is provided.
I did a big mistake involving these guys trying to save a few quids but I would strongly recommend to stay away from these guys. Worst experience ever and it spoilt my wife's birthday plan.
Booking requested on 1 July Wednesday ( for 4th July) holding response received on 2nd July Thursday . No update received till 6 July ( 4 working days).

Having looked into this for you, we can see that you submitted your booking request and we responded the following working day to confirm that we had sent it to the supplier on your behalf.
Our Customer Service team did forward your booking request; however, we did not receive a response from the supplier in time to confirm your booking. As the request was made only two days before the intended booking date, and our office is closed over the weekend, unfortunately we were unable to secure confirmation before the booking window closed.
We sincerely apologise for the disappointment and any inconvenience this has caused.
