5+ year delay and ongoing with dreadful communication
Been with Admiral Insurance for nearly 7 years. Had an accident that was not my fault back in 2021 (over 5 years ago now) constantly being ignored by Admiral Law and often have to wait several months (yes months) for a reply. One time even had to wait 6 months. Still an ongoing claim and extremely poor communication. One point called up to ask for an update and the receptionist very proudly told me I was not even the longest claim as there was one that was 14 years and ongoing! Emailed customer service, head office, and lead complaints directly and even tried calling them to be ignored every single time or be promised a call back that never happens. One document just needed signing by a (Team Leader) and this was given to her in early December 2025 and she didn't get round to signing it until March 2026. The ongoing drag from this side is shocking and actually causing me more stress and anxiety than the actual car crash itself!

UPDATE: My review was reported by Admiral before they even bothered to contact me claiming I am violating the terms and conditions of Trustpilot. Nice to know they would try and cover up rather than dealing with their incompetence. Even saying I am not allowed to say details of the incident occurring!

Delayed so long the court threw it out
Other party admitted fault on day 1. Delayed for over 5 years, change claim handlers 8 times now. delayed so long that the court threw it out as it would be unfair to the other party, admiral offered us £1000. unreal
They are asking for reviews when you report the claim which is why the truth is buried. delay, delay, change claim handler repeat. we are going to the ombudsman.
