Aegon as a company I previously found them slow to react to my requests . But their online response has been extremely positive on this occasion . I cannot fault their representative on his handling of my query . I will consider them again for investment based on this fact .

I had a lot of questions to ask and I spoke to a lovely friendly man who was patient with me and very professional. I didn't feel rushed. He answered all my questions perfectly and I understand a lot more now. I have an on line account which he helped me with. I have a lot of trust with Aegon, I have regular updates through the post and now I have an on lune account!
