my experience with aegon has been very informative and their customer service is very helpfull with any info you may need. i would deffinetly recommend calling if you can not find or do not understand anything on their website.

Seriously poor communication process
Seriously poor communication process. They send documents to view via a site that you cannot access.
They then make it extremely difficult to contact them to report the 'Log into your Account' faults.
Hence having to put this to them via Trustpilot. Hopefully (though highly unlikely) someone will take it onboard. You need to have faith in the company managing your funds.

What an awful unresponsive company
What an awful unresponsive company. I first emailed them on 11th August with a request. I had not heard anything response so called them on 20th August and spoke to someone called Nick. He told me the person I had previously been dealing with, Oliver, had left the business but he would get someone to respond to my email. Another week has gone by and still no response. This is to with a bereavement and I really think they should have a dedicated team to deal with these issues.

No Answers to any of their mistakes, again!
Further Update....
Finally I get my Pension payment, but guess what, it's the wrong amount, someone at Aegon has deducted an "Extra" almost £100 on top of the Tax!
I phoned up, but no-one knows why, as is very frustratingly usually the case at Aegon!
I also asked about the missing attachment from a letter Aegon sent dated 18th August, again no-one knows why its missing!!
"We will have to contact the team" - so the chances of any proper answers are slim.
AVOID this AWFUL company, Do NOT let them RUIN your Retirement like they have mine!
