Honestly the worst shopping experience I have ever had. Wrong product delivered, lied about shipping dates, inexperienced customer service, and caused me spend an inordinate amount of time to rectify. Still waiting on a part! Will never go back!
Sent incorrect product
Sent incorrect product. Insisted that I would have to pay for shipping to receive a refund. I refused and they finally sent a FEDEX label. I still have no refund to my credit card account.
False Advertising ):
These people are highly unprofessional and inexperienced.I had a 20% off coupon for products over $99...the excluded list had almost all of their products on it. I checked over the list multiple times and the product I wanted was not on it but every time I put the code in it never worked and they insisted that my product was on the list and don't know why it didn't show. Same thing with the 4th of July promo code. Just clowns.
Purchased floor mats that didn't fit …
Purchased floor mats that didn't fit properly and Autoanything wanted to charge me a 15% restocking charge ! In order to waive this charge they insisted that I send them photo evidence, how friendly is that ? What ever happened to the concept of just plain customer satisfaction, it totally evades this company. I'll be fighting it out with Visa and remove this company from my long list of auto parts suppliers.
Scam and fraud
This company is a scam and a fraud. Theye have stolen my money and will not give me a status update on my product. I purchased front and back row seat covers Jan 8 with a ship date of Jan 20-24. I received a revised ship date on Jan 24 of Feb 14. On Jan 28 the product was shipped and delivers Feb 3. Only the front row was delivered. I called customer service who spoke with the manufacturer coverking that stated they did not receive the backrow order. The order was resent and I was to be emailed of the status. No email. Called on Feb 10 to check status and was told ship by Feb 17. No shipment. Called on Feb 28 to check status and the mailing label was created but not sent and the manufacturer didn't know why. Customer service was suppose to check and email me next morning, never did. Called Mar 1 and the customer service rep couldn't get through to manufacturer so they were going to call me back once they got an answer. Never called. I called Mar 2 and was on hold for an hour only to be told that the customer service rep still couldn't get through to manufacturer, coverking. I spoke with supervisor who said that I could not return front row as the product had been put on my car and she could not provide a ship date. Do not ever purchase from this company.
I purchased Romik RB2 Running Board …
I purchased Romik RB2 Running Boards for my new car from Auto Anything. A piece of the running board broke in the car wash less than 1 week after installation. Auto Anything said it happened to several customers. They would not take the return and refund my purchase amount. Do not purchase Romik RB2 Running Boards and do not expect Auto Anything to stand behind the products they sell.
Mike in their product fitment department was excellent!
i recently purchased a set of Husky floor mats for my Dodge Maxi Cab, turns out the model i picked that Husky only had them for a Quad Cab. I got great service from the return department who in turn connected me with Mike in their product fitment department and he helped me with great customer service to exchange what i had for the correct model with no out of pocket. Mike gave me his direct extension which I just called today to order a complete rear Air Ride system and compressor. Mike has great customer service skills and represents their company well. Thank you
Terrible knowledge of item they sell thru the internet
I purchased four DR-35 rims that suppose to have only 4 port (Mounting Holes) to find out from the manufacture that the rims are multiport so I call AutoAnything and they said "They were sorry" and I could buy a adapter per say to fill in the holes not used so I was upset but I said OK and they suppose to be $20.00 each and when the salesman came back on the line he said $25.00. I said "Hell No" so he went back to $20.00 each and I call FEDEX to find out expedite shipping is ground from California to Virginia and the spacers since they are special order they will ship no later than 11 November 2016. I will not ever, never order anything for a company that does not know what they are selling. I will inform everyone I know in Northern Virginia about my experience with this company and tell them to go to another web site.
Returns
If you need to return an item they charge you additional fees plus shipping charges unless you buy something else from them then the waive the additional fee. Have never dealt with a company that handles returns in such a way.
Spyder LED tail lights were defective. AutoAnything said I'd get a refund, email would be forthcoming. Ha!
I Called Spyder myself and they said this was a common problem with these lights. They were just waiting on A/Anything to request a refund and they would gladly refund my lights.
They suggested to go through Amazon! Can you believe that!
Horrible customer service...
I purchased a new truck tent, took it camping and it leaked. Icalled customer service and they said they would contact the manufacturer and let me know how to proceed. A week later, I still hadn't heard from customer service. I called to follow up and was told I would need to pay to have the product shipped back to the manufacturer to have it inspected. Why should I have to pay shipping, for a second time, on a defective product? All I would like to do is return the product, get my money back and find a different manufacturer. Unfortunately, Autoanything doesn't work that way. They would rather me pay to have it returned, inspected and repaired, so I can go camping and get soaked again. I will never purchase anything from this company again.
Good prices and selection...
Did finally get the rotors, and the delays seem to have been created by the manufacturer, not Autoanything. Went with the slotted rotors for increased performance, but not feeling much difference. All things equal then, I wish I would have gone with the drilled rotors - at least they would have looked cooler. Overall good selections of value priced parts. Thanks for your help!

Absolutely terrible. I wish I would have seen these reviews before spending over $1k with them. I bought a Hullavator and crossbar kit in August to be able to transport a kayak. I used their online fit guide AND live chatted with a rep to double check and make sure that I had the correct parts for my vehicle and that everything would work together properly. I was assured that they would. I ordered my kayak in September and it arrived in the beginning of October, delivered to REI. I put the fit kit and crossbars on top of my Edge. Only once I tried to install the Hullavator did I learn that the crossbars were too short and I could not attach the Hullavator. I contacted Auto Anything via live chat and the customer service rep stated that they definitely needed to exchange the crossbars even though it was out of their exchange window because it was their error. He told me that I had to call back during normal business hours and that they would take care of that. I have the chat transcript saved. So I called on Monday or Tuesday and was told that I was stuck with the crossbars that I had because I was past the exchange window. I advised them that I spoke with a rep about this via live chat and that he agreed that they should be exchanged. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager told me that they had to contract Thule to see if they could make an exception. He said it would take one or two days. It's been a week. Oh, and I had to spend $60 to rent a box truck to bring my kayak home, which was just great. I honestly just want to return everything and get my money back for everything at this point because I am so irritated with this company. I want to exchange these crossbars for the ones that are the correct fit for the hullavator at NO additional cost to me, with the exception being if the longer bars cost a little more. I will pay the difference for that, but I they need to make this right and pay for S&H. Regardless, I won't be using this place again. What poor service.

SO I PURCHASED A SET OF PIAA LIGHTS AND BRACKETS FOR MY WRANGLER. PAID EXTRA FOR OVER NIGHT SHIPPING AND OF COURSE I ONLY RECEIVED ONE THE NEXT DAY. THE OTHER CAME THE DAY AFTER. ALSO I SEE ON THEIR WEB A PRICE GUARANTEE BUT WHEN I CALLED THEM TO MATCH A CHEAPER PRICE I SAW ON AMAZON THEY TOLD ME THEY WON'T MATCH THE RETAILERS ON AMAZON ONLY AMAZON ITSELF WHICH MEANS SALES TAX THAT I DIDN'T PAY BECAUSE I'M OUT OF STATE. THE OTHER RETAILER WAS ALSO FROM CALIFORNIA AND THE PRICE WAS 15 ON THE LIGHTS AND 12 ON THE BRACKETS LESS. ANOTHER PRICE MATCH SCAM. SHAME ON YOU AUTO ANYTHING. I WOULD HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER FOR YOU.
NO PRODUCT SUPPORT
I paid $350 for a car cover through autoanything.com and after one wash the stitching started to come undone. I contacted customer support and they told me I would need to ship the product back at my own expense, then they would take 5-10 days to evaluate whether or not they would issue a replacement, and then I must pay for shipping back to me. So I have been sent a defective product and now I must leave my car uncovered for a month while they decide if they will even fix my problem.
Terrible Customer Service!!!
I ordered car seat covers for my Camaro at a cost of over $200. I could not put them on by myself so I paid $100 to an auto service center to install them. The driver side keeps coming loose. I called customer service and they said I needed to send them pictures of the problem which I did. Autoanything then wanted me to send them back (at my cost) to have them "fixed" so they would work for my car. That meant that I would have to pay for it to be removed, pay to send it back and then pay again to have it put on again. All this with no guarantee it would work. I just wanted a refund!! I've asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they would tell me the same thing. When demanding to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold and finally hung up after 15 minutes. I would not recommend them or their products to anyone!!!

I ordered a DiabloSport inTune I-1000 programmer for my 2001 F-150 Lariat, based on the fact that the AutoAnything website said it was compatible.
I decided to do some more research, and determined that the product was in fact *not* compatible based on information on every other website I could find including the manufacturer's site (including multiple forum discussions about it), and the AutoAnything site was the only site that said it was.
I attempted to cancel the order so I could replace it with a Hypertech programmer but it was right at the time it was being shipped and it was too late.
They said they would give me a credit as soon as the return package was in transit. They did do that, but they charged $19.95 for a restocking fee, even though the email I got said that they would credit the amount of the product minus shipping fees (which was none).
I asked about that and they said a restocking fee of 15% applies (which would have been $51 actually).
They also did not thank me or mention anything about the fact that I pointed out that the DiabloSport does not work on my vehicle and that they should remove it from their site so that other customers do not order something incompatible.
So, I'm out $20 plus a 40 mile round-trip to drop off the return plus a week and a half of waiting.
I would not order anything from this company again. I can't stand companies like this. Read all the other 1-star reviews then pick someone else to order from. They can't be relied upon to get things right.
No Customer Service
Received floor mats promptly. Boxes indicated proper mats for 2015 Ford Expedition EL. Second row, third row and cargo mat fit well. Front row mats fit improperly. Representative asked that a picture be provided of poor fit. This was provided. Well, then she proceeded to tell us that she could not refund or exchange them because they had been used. Well, yes...we took them out of the box once upon receiving to inspect delivery and found they did not fit and again to take pictures for her of the ill fit. The box indicates the correct product, but it is without a doubt the wrong product. It was asked that her supervisor contact us. This has yet to happen! No customer service whatsoever! $407 were paid for these mats... Requesting proper fitting floor mats or $140 to buy new ones.
Do not buy here if you want your parts in the same month you ordered them in.
I have placed orders from autoanything on two occasions. I will NEVER do that again. The first time they shipped 80% of my order and neglected to let to know that the other 20% were not shipping for another 3 weeks until I called them wondering where my missing items were. Online it stated these items were in stock. And then guess what, it happened again with another maybe sorta possibly 3 week wait, they couldn’t be sure. I realize that stuff happens in the warehouse, but at least other parts stores let you when they are shorting the order, an estimated ship date, and maybe even do something nice for you. Autoanything does nothing, doesn't care, and can't even tell you anything more than an approximate ship time. AND their website still lists the missing parts as being in stock. Ridiculous.
