Auto Anything is the Worst company!

My truck was broke down for over a week waiting for replacement parts that had a warranty from Auto Anything. When the Manager, James Porros did contact me I had already made other arrangement to fix my vehicle. He wasn't helpful and all he wanted to do was argue! He wanted me to ship my worthless parts back to the vendor. It would have cost more to ship my worthless parts back than it cost to replace them locally. I will NEVER buy from Auto Anything again! The warranty is worthless!!

Order was place 12 / 17 / 18 said it arrive for Christmas its January 5th and still do not have . I call and complained and they would not admit to anything and said you will receive on time. I dont think they have anything in stock. I think they are just a middle man distributor. If you want it fast go somewhere else.

Dont Waste Your Time

I made an order on Sunday December 23 for over $3000 in truck parts online with AutoAnything. Paid with my credit card and because i live in a townhome I wanted them shipped to my mother in laws house. No where does it state when your ordering that the billing and shipping address must be the same. So i get an email on Monday morning saying my ordered was cancelled however the charges already posted to my credit card and the money removed from my account. I call in to customer service and speak to a Ricardo who informs me that it was because of the different addresses. He says no big deal I will put some notes in the system and get it reprocessed for you. So now I have 2 charges posted to my credit card for over $7000 and now for the second time my order was cancelled due to the addresses being different. This company is a joke. I have never dealt with anything like this. I will be taking my business elsewhere and I suggest you do too.

Dont waste your time ordering

I ordered floor mats on Dec 14 to have by Christmas, I was told they would ship out by the 19th. On the 19th I had not gotten a shipping confirmation so I went to their joke of an instant chat and inquired. I was told that they would be shipping out that day and I would have by Christmas. Later the same day I was informed that they would not go out and that it would be the 28th before they went out. This time I called Customer Service and I was told that "No, No, your items will go out on the 21st. and we will expedite your shipping to make sure your item is there on time." I asked for that in writing. I received an e-mail the next day and I was told that they had confirmed with the manufacturer that my products would go out on the 21st. Later that day I received an e-mail saying that the items would now not ship until Jan 4. I have never been lied to by a company so much in my life. These guys are horrible and I do not recommend!!!!

This is literally the worst company

This is literally the worst company. After sending the wrong car cover they would not return the item because it was outside of the 30 day window! Now I am stuck with a car cover that doesn't fit! Poor customer service and they have lost a customer for life.

If I could rate 1/2 a star I would. Spoke with customer service before placing order as I was wondering where part would be shipping from. Was told PA and we live in CT so didn't assume shipping time would be that long. Representative stated item would ship in 2 days. Placed order on a Saturday 11/24. Received email item should ship between 11/28 -11/30. Did an online chat on 11/30 as never received email. Was told it was still 11/30. Called on 12/1 as said it was in transit. They would try to intercept shipment and expedite. Received email on 12/3 item would not ship until 12/11. Of course $750 was already charged to my credit card.

WORST LIARS EVER.

Do not waste your time. I was charged for expedited shipping, they changed the delivery dates 3x, refused to refund the expedited, then 3 weeks later decide they cant get the item so it gets cancelled.

A JOKE of Customer Service

Like others have stated you better hope you don't have to return an item or have a problem with a order. The reps make all kind of promises IF you get them on the chat line however nothing ever comes from their promises. This company is the worst I have ever dealt with-if you like being toyed with then by all means do business with them.

Bought auto mats from them a month ago and they keep revising ship date. Made the decision based on price. Thus is by far the slowest company I have made an online purchase with. You get a thanks for accepting a delayed shipment email at least. Forget about calling them and getting someone to pick up phone.

DO NOT BUY FROM AUTO ANYTHING, THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP WITH THEIR RETURN PROBLEMS. THEY HAVE OUT SOURCED THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY WILL TELL YOU ANY THING TO GET YOU OFF THE PHONE. THEIR CHAT LINE IS A JOKE, WAITED FOR OVER A HOUR FOR A CONNECTION WITH THEIR CHAT PERSONAL NEVER HAPPENED. I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR A MONTH FOR A RETURN CALL ON DEFECTIVE CAR MASK, TOLD ME A RETURN CALL WOULD BE IN TWO DAYS, STILL WAITING. MY ADVICE IS TRY ROCK AUTO OR OTHER AUTO PARTS SUPPLIERS THAT HAVE REAL REVIEWS FROM REAL CUSTOMERS NOT PAID REVIEWS. PLEASE DO BUSINESS WITH AMERICAN COS.

I wish I had read some reviews of this company before ordering anything. I had a similar experience to what some others had.
Ordered shocks from them based on price. The shipping date was up to 5 days out, but the lower price was worth the wait, I thought.
Shipping date came and went so I emailed them and they said the shipping date is when it ships from them!
Then a couple days later I got an email saying the shocks were back ordered and they would refund my money in 3-5 business days.
Still trying to be fair, I asked if they could send me a different kind instead. Their answer was: "We are glad to hear that you consider us to find an alternate product. Curtis, we will be happy to assist you.

If you’d like assistance if finding an alternate product that’s available to ship, we encourage you to contact our sales team at your earliest convenience."

This company is an outstanding company to order from. Not outstanding in a good way though.

DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOANYTHING! I bought a car for the first time in 10 years and wanted to get mats and seat covers to keep it protected. I placed a $400 order with AutoAnything and was excited for my accessories to arrive. The next day I hadn't received an order confirmation in my email, so I went online. Their website says to contact a specific email address to get a receipt, which I did. Then I received an email saying I had contacted a non-working email address. Ok, fine. I forwarded the request to a different customer service email address and received a response that I had not received an order confirmation because my order was under review and would not be confirmed for another 2 business days. What? I have been online shopping for 15+ years and have never heard of a policy like this. My shipping/billing address match and I've lived there for over 8 years. My card has already been charged and taken from my account. What is suspicious enough about a $400 order for car mats and seat covers at an auto company, that my order needs at least 3 business days to be reviewed? It's extremely annoying to be told the order is under review, but I could live with it if they had told me that upfront. If they had posted on their website that new orders are held 3 days. If they had emailed me or called me to explain the process. To me the worst thing is that I was never contacted. They will take $400 out my account, but I was not called or emailed and kept informed about a huge delay in my order? I have requested a cancel and refund, but have a feeling I will need to go thru my CC company to get the money back. AutoAnything is not a trustworthy company. Do not waste your time with them!

Drop ships from manufacturers, didn't receive all my parts. After several phone calls they said I would have to contact the manufacturer directly. They took my money and want others to handle the problems, shop somewhere else.

Important Customer Service Review!

Placed another order with AutoAnything this morning. Couldn’t get my promo code to work, so I called the order in. Danny Thai took my order, resolved my issue IMMEDIATELY, totally exceeded my expectations of product knowledge, was patient, super friendly and was very articulate. In a nutshell- BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER RECEIVED in 40+ years as a VERY particular consumer. Thanks, Danny!

THIEVES!! DONT TRUST THEM! even if you get it in writing!

I would be happier if I could leave NO stars!

Ordered a set of seat cover for the front of my new truck... they were not what I ordered but they actually fit better than expected... SO... instead of returning them I wanted to order a set for the back row to match. I pulled the invoice for the front row to check the part number so I would be sure to get the same style, and color for the rear. I contacted them since I could not find THEIR part number and they informed me that the part number I gave them has never been in their system! YET it is on their receipt, and the box! they also pulled the invoice and yep... same number. so after lengthy conversation, they assured me that, "if the rear row comes in wrong, and doesn't match we will refund you all your money." well.. covers weren't even close! I contacted them and sent them the covers back.... AND GOT HIT FOR A RESTOCKING FEE!! after sending them a nasty email, I am still out the covers and money! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!

IF YOU WORK HARD FOR YOUR MONEY AND EXPECT THEM TO DO RIGHT BY YOU, WHEN THEY SCREW UP YOUR ORDER, GUESS AGAIN!!

Terrible Company

Terrible Company! Company has completely fake reviews on their website. There is no way to write a review yourself. All reviews must go through the company to be posted.
I bought a Saddleman Universal Leather Seat Cover 8 months ago and the leather is peeling off. The company says they are only warranted for 30 days. I paid $90 for a leather seat cover that is falling apart after only 8 months and AutoAnything won't stand behind their product.

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!

I am a very fair and honest person but I have gotten totally screwed by them.

My Story:
I purchased a complete front and rear set of EBC brake pads for my 2013 Nissan Altima Coupe from Anything.com. I received the order in two shipments. The rear pads were delivered one week later and the front pads were delivered the following week.

When I received the rear pads, I attempted to install them and realized that one pad was missing the “wear sensor”. I called AutoAnything.com customer service and explained the problem. Customer service told me that he would have to notify the manufacturer which could take two days to get an answer and then he would email me the answer. He told me he was not allowed to send me another set of rear pads until he received an answer. I did not hear back from them and I called them back. They told me that they sent me an email but I never received an email from them. In the meantime, I could not wait for their answer because I needed to replace the pads so I went on and installed the rear pads without the sensor.

Next, I received the front brake pads a week later. I attempted to install them and realized that they did not fit. I called customer service and was transferred to tech support. I explained the problem and he told me to try and install them without the metal guides. IT DID NOT WORK. I called him back within 10 minutes and had to leave a voice mail. I did not hear back from him and left another voice mail an hour later. I did not hear back.

I finally called customer service again and talked to a very nice woman. She connected me to the same tech but the only thing he suggested was to send me a different brand of pads for the front. I told him that I did not want to have two different brands of pads on the automobile. He therefore was not authorized to send me a complete set of the front and rear pads of the same brand so, he was not able help me and transferred me back to customer service.

Here is the end result:
Customer service could not make any concessions so they sold me a different brand of front and rear pads at their going price which I paid $24 more than the original defective and incorrect pads that I ordered.

Bottom line:
AutoAnything.com made $24 in ADDITION to the original cost and I LOST two days of time and aggravation.

I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN and if YOU are smart you will not either!!!!!!!!!!!!
