Horrible Customer Service

Horrible Customer Service. Spent over $ 5,000 on three separate orders. 1st was good, second I got a quote on a bumper for a friend to have autoanything would not honor the price and charged more. Third order sent out front and rear bumper installation were scheduled a week and a half after for installation. The rear bumper $530.10 was damaged which was noticed after front bumper was installed and rear bumper box was looked over neither SteelCraft or Auto Anything will help. We were offered $125.00 because we missed the 3-5 day window to report the damage. I will never buy from either company or refer ever again.

Ordered LeBra for 2008 Ford Taurus

Ordered LeBra for 2008 Ford Taurus. I paid extra for overnight shipping once factory sent product to autoanything.com. Estimated shipping was May 3- May 6 (6-9 days later). I called May 4 and was told I would receive it May 7. I get email on May 6 that it was delayed until MAY 23!! Totally Unacceptable! Now I've wasted almost 2 weeks to order from someone else. Very poor service.

I will never do business with this…

I will never do business with this company again. I made a mistake and had my purchase sent to the post office. I tried to track package and have rerouted to my new address. Called 5 times. Finally talked to Sal a manager who kept telling me, I made the shipping mistake and he was so busy. He was condescending telling me my mistake, and he was so busy. All I wanted was to have someone track the package and reroute. Didn't needed to be preached at, needed him, or a phone number so I could call shipping company. Prices may be good, but customer service is awful. Buyer Beware, unless you want to be treated like a felon.

I wish there was a no star
I order parts and was sent the wrong bumper. They did say the wrong one was sent but now I have been trying to send it back for three weeks with no luck. They keep telling me they will email a return ticket and nothing happen. I talk to my salesman and he said he on top of every thing and so is the sales customer supervisor supposed to be on top of this also still nothing I would not recommend this company to anyone that is looking for parts

Order from AutoAnything if you enjoy wasting your time, sanity & money.

I don't like to share too many negative shopping experiences, but this time I have to. I ordered from AutoAnything on the 16th and I really wish I had read the online reviews before I made my purchase. Google companies before ordering.

I called the company on Saturday, because I had tracking numbers that said 2 of the 3 packages we were expecting were already delivered on Friday. Hmmm .... We only received one package. Well, we are leaving Wednesday morning (just 4 days away) so if our package is lost and we need to order a hitch from another company we need to do it right away. So we called the company to find out what was going on.

The man on the line said that the two packages we were missing, had been shipped but were still in route. Only 1 package had been delivered. The other 2 packages would be delivered soon (our receipt said delivery 4/19-4/23). Ok awesome, as long as they're here by the 23rd we're great.

Today, a second package arrived. AWESOME! So excited. We rushed home to get to work on installing the hitch. Nope. No hitch kit.

I called today. Same man I can barely understand on the phone. Said the package was already shipped and he didn't have a shipping number. After a 30 minute hold, he said he's going to "call the manufacturer again." Ok. I'm on hold again. Man comes back on the line and said our item is out of stock with the manufacturer. That they "must have sold my item." But, 30 minutes ago at the beginning of our call, he said that he called the manufacturer and that they already shipped my item.

What. The. Heck. Man.

Then, I talked to the glorious Supervisor Frank, just as he was sitting on his throne of lies. And let me tell you, this man does not CARE about you, your money or your order. Not in the least. He's just there to answer all the complaint calls and to tell you that you're dumb for ordering from their company and there isn't anything they can do about it (or that they will do about it). He said "we sell items that are in stock."

Then, how is my item out of stock Frank?

End result? They took my money. I have no idea if or when the item will be shipped. I may get a return on my funds in 48 hours if the manufacturer releases my order. I get to pay at least $100 for last minute shipping with another company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Like so many others before me. If I could go negative starts on this company I would. I’ve ordered ALOT of things online. Parts etc. And this company hands down is the worst company ive ever dealt with. I ordered 4 shocks for my truck. What I received was 4 front shocks. So I guess it’s my bad for not being a truck part expert and knowing the part number for the shocks that I needed. When I called customer service, (which is the biggest joke I’ve ever seen, 1 day 9 hours and 36 min wait time) they said there was nothing they could do. So I called again. A week later I was able to get ahold of them, after finally getting a call back. And yes I did get a return label, but I’m also paying a restocking fee, and return shipping. This is the first time I’ve ever paid return shipping. Just know if you order from this company you will not be able to get ahold of them in a timely manner and you will be paying for the return and restocking of the wrong item. I’m not one to ever write reviews but in this case I feel it’s warranted and hopefully it stops others from making the mistake I did in ordering from this company.

I purchased a dash cover about three…

Gave 4 stars because of my last purchase about three years ago. I had no problem. I want to get dash cover, but with all the one star reviews, I will go elsewhere. Must have had a change in management. That's the only time I know of when a company goes from good to customers wanting to give less than a zero reviews.

Looooog hold time and poor customer service!

If you can get customer service on the phone, you're a winner! AA, good name for them. Won't take back an item that doesn't fit if you're any past the 30-day return date. Poor customer service.

Ordered floor liners for 2009…

Ordered floor liners for 2009 Silverado. Upon ordering, they asked the vehicle make, model, year, and many details. Floor liners did not fit. At all. I did a chat to try to return them. He said that he would make a note on my account that the return was approved, but that I would need to call during regular hours. I called. The lady was rude and asked for me to send pictures. I sent pictures and they replied that they did not see a problem and that was how the liners were made. They literally would not fit inside my truck. They approved a return but I would need to pay shipping myself and pay a 20% restock fee. Bull! I'll sell them to someone else. I spent many hours and money on this crap company. Never again! Beware.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service! If you buy the wrong thing. Or in my case seat covers that did not fit.
You are stuck. They will charge 25% restocking and 15 dollars for a mailing slip. They say they won't charge if you exchange it immediately while on the phone. No store credit etc. Horrible scam just order from manufacturer or anywhere but auto anything. You have been warned

Highly dissatisfied, will not order again

I've ordered from autoanything for years now, and have purchased most of what i needed from them. Up till now.
2 months ago, I purchased a set of Spyder headlights for a 98 Chevrolet Silverado. I didn't hear anything by January and thought it was odd. I emailed them and they promised for it to be sent on 2/20/19 (Today) due to it being out of stock and on backorder. So I emailed them and apparently it had been CANCELED on 2/18/19 (literally 2 days ago), without me knowing. I waited for months for these headlights and get this in return. While I was refunded, I will NOT purchase from them again. It's terrible business ethic to act this way to customers.

If 0 was an option, that’d be it. Ordered an exhaust for my 2018 Civic Sport on (12/28/18) and was told was in stock, ready to go. Come to find out, exhaust WAS NOT in stock, and that I’d be waiting an additional month. I thought no problem, I can wait. Well they tried to CANCEL my order w/o my knowledge and then I had to contact them to tell them not to. Come to find out last night (2/18/19), they CANCELED my order after all after I agreed to wait and Alex from customer support tells me now the exhaust is in stock ready to ship out Friday (2/22/19) but since my exhaust was cancelled, I now have to re-wait for another shipment to come in next month since I’d have to re-process through a new order. Worst company I’ve dealt with to date! Never again! Save your money and shop someplace else!

Found site by chance. But i tell you it was well worth the chance. I had them make a dash cover for my 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 and they made it so well. It Fit Perfect. Very Happy with the work.
I will pass the word on to my friends and others
It came with instructions and all the items to attach it perfectly.

If only 0 stars were an option. I ordered a 5,000 dollar lift kit November 14th for my wife's 4runner for Christmas. Delivery was set for December 12th. On December 17th the changed the delivery date to December 28th. On December 29th they changed the delivery date to January 7th. In January 7th they changed the delivery date to Febuary 3rd. On February 3rd they changed the delivery date to March 1st, it is now Feburary 9th. I already order the lift through the manufacturer and recieved it... I suppose I am a priority over them. Only reason I haven't canceled my order is because I want to see how long it takes to get here. Once it gets here I am going to file a claim in small claims court for interest on the 5,000 dollars I loaned them for 5+ months. Kind of my pay back for screwing my wife out of her Christmas gift and making me lose my deposit I paid to have the lift installed on December 16th. I think they are hoping I will cancel my order, they have asked me to 4 times in an email stating if I don't respond with in 24 hours they will assume i want to cancel my order. Got to watch these sneaky snakes.

Crooked Company

They cancelled my order without notice because they didn't want to pay the cash back service I used. I placed my order and it went through successfully. A week went by and I never received an email saying the item shipped. I logged into my account and it showed my order was cancelled. I contacted customer service and was told my credit card transaction was declined, so my order was cancelled. This was a lie. I checked my credit card statement and it showed the transaction posted and then was refunded two days later. This is not the process if the charge is declined. Autoanything must have realized I used a cash back service and didn't want to pay it. They wouldn't even offer me a coupon to place a new order because they said the item is not eligible for discounts. This only proves the real reason they cancelled my order was because they didn't want to have to pay the cash back affiliate. It should be illegal to cancel a transaction just so they don't have to pay cash back to a partner. This is horrible customer service! I will never do business with them again.

Was my worst purchase experience ever at 60 years old ordered a part Nov 5 2018 that was in stock had so many problems with shipping and lots of bullcrap about vendors I will never purchase,recommend or even consider buying from this unreliable and terrible company an American company should have English speaking people
