After my original review, Auto Anything reached out. Bailey Fredricks, a customer service expert, reviewed my issue and it was handled satisfactorily. We were refunded the full price.
The name should be Never Buy Anything! My husband ordered some "custom fit" seat covers for my car. They did not fit. We were told to make pictures, several times, so it could be assessed by Auto Anything and the manufacturer. They do not offer any customer service. As a matter of fact there is no regard for the customer. What happened to. "Oh, we're sorry they didn't fit" or, "We are sorry,
We will gladly refund your money". NO, we can return the faulty seat covers, which also had a tear in the material upon opening the package! We are being penalized for something that is not our fault. After numerous phone calls, with a different customer service agent every time, we got the same song and dance. To add insult to injury, we are being charged a 20% restock fee. It is costing us over $65.00 for the restocking fee and I feel certain other "fees". Save yourself a lot of aggravation and frustration and DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Auto Anything. My husband has been a loyal customer for years - he will not be in the future!

“Low Price Guarantee” JOKE
This company claims to have the “lowest prices guaranteed.” I found way lower prices of everything I purchased and in stock on Amazon. Now, everyone knows Amazon is a major competitor and a legit website. This company used the excuse, “Amazon is a member based website, and therefore we will not honor their lower prices.” Absolutely hilarious if you ask me. I am not a prime member and have never signed up as a member for Amazon. I simply place orders from their website like I do yours. This company is a joke. I urge anyone wanting to order from them to price compare on Amazon. The prices are drastically lower on Amazon. The autoanything “price match guarantee” is not worth the paper it is written on.

bad return policy
ordered a roof rack for a Toyota Tacoma double cab 2019. The website said it would be compatible to my truck. However, it wasn't. The instructions read that it would not work with my truck, and also, they shipped me one bar. I had my local garage put it on and they said it does not fit. The company want us to take the bar out of the box, install on roof and take a picture for evidence. Also, they want a restocking fee 20%. I will charge back the cost to my credit card.

Autoanything.com has HORRIBLE return…
Autoanything.com has HORRIBLE return policies. They come out on top, however, because you are still charged the full price for the ordered item after the return. The descriptions are inadequate to make a proper decision on the orders and that is where they get their item back and they get to keep the money. I contacted customer service as well.....they are sorry for your trouble and tell you their bosses are handling the online reviews. It is obvious that the bosses are happy to retrieve the item and get the full price.

HASSLE FREE EXCHANGE..."NOT"
I ordered in a dash mat that was delivered in a reasonably quick time but I wasn't happy with the material and how it laid on my dash. They wouldn't give me a full refund but said would give me a partial refund with a 20% restocking fee and s/h fee that would give me about $20 on my $45 investment so I tried to ask about an exchange for a different color and hope the stitching might be better...only to find out I would have to place a 2nd order before they would do the exchange, which means they would have $90 of mine with the possibility that the 2nd dash mat may not fit well either SO MUCH FOR THAT HASSLE FREE RETURN THEY STATE!!!
I THINK I WOULD RATHER JUST BE OUT THE $45 and NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN THEN TRUST THEM WITH DOUBLE MY MONEY
SO IF YOU WANT A POOR QUALITY DASH MAT OR POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN THEN AUTO ANYTHING IS FOR YOU BUT I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND BUYING SOMEPLACE ELSE!!!

Placed an order and was charged. Then I find out item is on yet another back order and won't ship for possibly six weeks. I found item on real truck site and it was in stock and will ship within 5 to 7 days. I definitely will not order again from here or recommend.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! Terrible Customer Service. I tried to exchange seat covers for a different color. Product still in the box. Answer was no due to limited exchange time. When asked to speak to a supervisor, they put you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time hoping you will hang up. Do yourself a favor and read all the terrible reviews about Autoanything first before you order - wished I had. Better places to shop. Rating Zero

This company is horrible
This company is horrible! Good luck trying to return anything! They say they have "hassle-free" returns, but nothing could be further from the truth! I requested a refund and instead of honoring that, they went ahead and sent out another part, even though I asked them not to. They're trying really hard not to give me my money back! Now, I'll most likely run into the same issues and have to return it again! I don't have time for this junk!!!

They'll jam you
They will move the shipping date back after they have your money. Then, offer an earlier shipping date, at an additional cost, for the same item on their website. Shop local.

The worst of the worst
In early December, I ordered $4200 worth of custom auto parts for my wife's Toyota 4Runner. When I submitted the order, AutoAnything claimed that ALL products would be delivered by Christmas. There was nothing that indicated that any products were out of stock, nor did their OWN shipping quotes indicate any problems with the holiday delivery. This is what caused me to place my order, since I needed the products for Christmas. From the other reviews I've read on this website, plus others, this seems to be a common trend for AutoAnything. They promise certain delivery time frames, and they do NOT come anywhere close to those time frames. What makes matters worse, is that the Customer Service team is completely clueless. They did not even respond to my $4200 order for 2 weeks, and then when I finally did receive a respond, they gave me the run around. To this day, the products have not been received, and my order shows as "processing" on AutoAnything's website.
This company is a disgrace and should be avoided at ALL costs. There are many other alternative options out there for the same products. They are dishonest, unhelpful, and really just a giant waste of time.

I ordered an Undercover ArmorFlex tonneau cover. Six weeks later, when I inquired when it will ship, I noticed they changed it to a Triad cover. Despite my sending a copy of my receipt, AutoAnything refused to do anything to make it right. Now, I'm trying to cancel my order and get a refund.
Absolutely horrible service and I have unsubscribed from their emails and will not order again. Save yourself the heartache of dealing with them.

Horrible customer service. trying to set up a return for well over a month! cant speak to anyone, only chat. I email they say go to chat, meanwhile when you chat you are not even speaking to AutoAnything! They have another company chatting with you, so then they will email me the info. Never receive info, just keep chatting and of course have to start from beginning as they have no info on the multiple other chats. Very Disappointed and want the right cargo mat for my car

This is in response to another delayed order. I grit my teeth on the first email but decided to cancel an order for floor mats since the delivery was extended out another 3-4 weeks. I was told I could not cancel until they received an OK from their late supplier. Very disturbing since AutoAnything charges your credit card immediately upon order placement. They don't care if the order is late since they have their money. No More, enough! What a rip off outfit. Reported to Pay Pal

Beware of their warranty
Ordered a saddle man seat cover for f450. Did not come close to fitting. Requested a return authorization and they wanted pictures showing reasons for request. They then wanted 20 percent restock fee AND 14.95 for a shipping label. Not my fault it did not fit but they end up with the seat cover to sell someone else and more of my money than I get back with their guarantees. Bbuyer beware and look at their google ratings

I called to check on my order
I called to check on my order. No one ever answered. Called Sales line. They said they cannot help look up orders. Said to go on and CHAT connect. I did this after I called the Manufacture and asked if they had delays. No they did not. JET CHIP told me they had shelves full. This order was a split order with two different items. Same goes for the other. A A used to be a great company. They changed. NO Order was placed. I called another vendor. He told me order will deliver 2 days. Tried to cancel order with A A. The person on CHAT said it was. A few days later my bank said no money deposited. CHAT again this time got another person this time finally cancelled. This is the final order with A A after having many many orders over the years. Customer service, answer the phones, give live updates, tell us of delays. Get it together. You lost my business.

7 months waiting for order
I've been waiting on my order for almost 7 months now, they set a delivery date and push it back. They've pushed it back so many times, I lost count. I can't talk to anyone on the phone, all they have is live chat bs and that doesn't even help. They give me a number to call that only leads to telling me they only have have live chat customer service. I've been in contact with the manufacturer and they tell me they haven't shipped my order because autoanything has it on hold. But when I ask autoanything why my order is on hold, they can't give me an answer. Sorriest place I've ever ordered from online. It will be my last order I ever place on autoanything.com. Get it together and have my exhaust shipped already.
