Read the reviews. Do not even think of buying from this company. I ordered a seat protector and was supposed to have and paid for overnight shipping on April 29. Never showed. I called the day after and they told me it would ship next week. Didn't show. Then it was the next week. Finally after moving the date 4 times to May 27th and even then they said no guarantees, I cancelled. They are horrible, just like the reviews say. DO NOT USE THIS SITE

i ordered coverking seat covers for my 2011 ram. was not happy with the fit. kaye mendoza helped me get the covers returned quickly at no cost to me, and handled my refund. she is a real asset to the company. could not have been nicer.

Expensive return policy
I ordered a relatively expensive carpet kit for my Jeep. For the price, it was very cheaply made and not the low quality I want to use. When I called to return the product, they have a 20% restocking fee and a return fee. The return policy needs to be displayed more prominently on the order page. If you have to return a product to them, its going to cost you plenty. I would avoid shopping with online companies that charge a restocking fee. Do your research first.

Damaged Tonneau Cover
Buyer beware!! This is not a good company to do business with! I received a damaged tonneau cover, AutoAnything washed their hands of it by making me deal with the manufacture of the product. Sure, manufacture is sending a replacement cover, but I have to do all the work changing out the hardware. Just know you are on your own after the sale to fix any issue.

Ordered my new ball joints from Morris, they even had a deal for 30 bucks off and free shipping. They arrived a day early, well packed. I would easily recommend Morris4x4 to anyone wanting top quality jeep parts for a fair price and faster then expected shipping. Great customer service as well, I had a few questions and the representative, Clark? Took the time to explain everything and even compared what I picked to other parts. A+ business

Mopar Transfer Case Shift Cable Bushing
I ordered the Mopar Shift cable bushing from Morris 4x4 and I have to say it was the easiest install I have ever done. It took longer to get under the Jeep than it did to actually install the bushing. Great product.

I ordered first and second row seat covers for my Toyota 4-runner and everything seemed fine after the purchase. Got a shipping date and everything with tracking. Waited a week as expected. Day of delivery I only received the front row covers no second row on my porch. Contacted them on website and looked at the order details and says both items shipped and delivered but obviously I did not receive both items. I got to chat with customer service online and then told that my second row has not shipped yet and will ship in next 48 hours. That is not what I paid for and not the information that I was given on the website when I ordered both rows of seat covers. They were both suppose to be delivered today. Not one this week and then another next week. That would have been fine if that is what I was told to start with but of course it's not or I would not be here writing this complaint. That is just shady business practice and now I am wondering when if ever I will get the second row seat covers. I have since then cancelled some floor mats from this company because of their shady practice. Lets see how long it takes for them to refund my account! Today is 3-18-2021 I contacted FedEx about the tracking number that autoanything has for my second row seat covers and they have no record of the shipment. I contacted autoanything again on live chat to cancel my order and refund my card and just getting the run around now. Shipping date just keeps getting updated to a later date each day and not being cancelled like i requested and refunded. This company is very deceptive and will do anything to keep your money with no regard to customer satisfaction. Read other complaints and you will see that they constantly do this to their customers and should be taken out of business. I have just responded to them by email asking again to cancel the order and refund my money. Looked on the site and no change to my order status still sitting there with the bogus shipping label not cancelled and no refund!

Ordering from morris 4x4 has been a breeze. My poison spider hood louver showed up faster then i thought and was in great shape. Installation was easy and it looks great! Im very happy with it & morris 4x4 for helping me build my rig
Neoprene seat covers are amazing
I ordered neoprene seat covers for my girlfriends ford explorer back in dec for Christmas. I didn't see all the bad reviews until after i ordered and thought I made a big mistake. HOWEVER, they arrived on time & they fit like a glove! No wrinkling up or sliding around when you get in & sit. The dogs paw prints & any other smudges wipe right off with damp rag. They look amazing! We love them. An installation kit comes in the box, I watched the how to video, & installed them by myself in about an hour. I'm buying a truck for myself soon & will be ordering the same seat covers for it as soon as it's in the driveway!

Great product, great service!
This Rough Country hard, tri-fold, low profile bed cover is great! It's powder coated, textured aluminum. It fit perfectly the first time and was a cinch to install. The whole process took about 15 minutes. It has rubber surrounds to keep your stuff nice and dry in the bed and even comes with drain tubes to remove water from the mounting channels. I've been through rain storms and car washes and the bed stays bone dry. I've purchased parts for my Jeeps from here in the past so of course I trusted them when it came to outfitting my new truck. They did a great job of communicating throughout the process and even with shipping delays due to Covid and snow storms, it arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I look forward to purchasing more great products in the future!

Neoprene front seat 95 Honda Accord
Purchased a set of Neoprene front seat covers for 95 Honda Accord sedan. They fit and look great! Installed as video detailed. Wife assisted me some with back seat covers as she held backing tight against seat as I pushed material up back of seat and Velcroed. The extra set of hands made for a tighter fit. Would recommend these seat covers to all. Would not hesitate to purchase again for another car when required.
Horrible
Ordered some floor mats. They came in with two passenger side mats. Went to the live chat to get it fixed, and I was told to send in pics to an email and then the conversation completely cut off. I sent in pics to that email on Friday. It’s currently Monday and I haven’t heard a thing from anyone. I’m on the phone with customer service and I’ve been waiting for sixteen and a half minutes now and no one has picked up. Horrible, horrible customer service.

Bryce helped me out big time today! Here is why I don't shop at CarID anymore and will be coming back to AutoAnything! THIS IS MY CARID EXPERIENCE.. Took live chat 1 hour to figure out if something was available or not. They told me that a 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage and a 2004 New Style was the same thing. HA! I was told it was available so I ordered then it said 6 to 8 weeks after ordering. I was still on live Chat after I ordered it and said that doesn't work please cancel. She said she couldn't and while I was typing she ended the chat. (Thanks Carolyn)
So I called in and someone on the other line was telling me they will try to stop it but she couldn't promise me it wouldn't ship. Keep in mind this is a product that takes 6 to 8 weeks to ship and now they can't immediately cancel the order. So I get back on Live Chat and explain I need to cancel this order and could she find me something comparable. It took her 5 minutes but she found something that was twice the price as what I had ordered. During my wait I found a similar product on her website and gave her the info and she kept telling me it wouldn't work. Finally after giving her the link to what I was looking at she said this will fit your vehicle. However I can't give you a discount on it. WHY NOT? It doesn't qualify. So again while I was typing a response this new lady ends the chat. (Thanks Shelly)
GOOD NEWS! I went to AutoAnything.com and told Bryce about my experience. He not only found what I was looking for instantly, but he also explained the difference between the Heritage and the New Style Ford F-150 that took place in 2004. Order Floor mats and a cargo mat for my 2019 Ford Edge the Cargo mats came in defective and tried to return it, they first aske me for pictures of defect witch is ok a few days later they said that Husky wanted pictures of the Box and I told them I did not but it from Husky I bought it from them and it was clear within the return policy a few days later they came back and said that Husky said that I must have damaged it, I told them all I did was open one eld and take it out and unroll it, and let them know that I work for a Large GMC dealership in Houston Tx and I have handled aftermarket accessories for 25 years aaaaand all they were doing is not honoring their Warranty my advice is Pay a little more and buy from reputable local Co Stay away from this Crooks
