still waiting on my order

i placed an order on 9/25/2021 and to date i have not heard anything concerning my order. the only thing i got was something about being shipped by fedex 11/8 to 11/10 and the way you can't contact anyone other than by email message because the chat doesn't work.

Horrible Experience

I bought car mats and had someone from customer service help me pick out the ones that fit in my vehicle and help me check out. He assured me that they would fit perfectly and that if for some reason they did not that the exchange process would be simple. Low and behold they were the wrong mats. So I contacted Auto Anything via the chat for an exchange. An hour later I was told I would be getting an email with a return label. Three days later no label. So I contacted again. I was told nothing went through and I needed to wait ANOTHER 48 HOURS for them to contact the partner manufacturer! We shall see when/if I ever hear back from them and if I get the return label and the correct mat. As of now, I am highly doubting I will. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this company.

These people have the worst customer…

These people have the worst customer service I've ever seen. They tell lies and lead you on. Its been a month and I haven't recieved my product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME‼️ I got three different stories about my order. Never again‼️

Quick and easy returns do not exist

Quick and easy returns do not exist. I made 3 requests to return an item over 2.5 weeks and only received my RMA & return label after initiating a chargeback with my credit card issuer. A 20% re-stocking fee is unreasonable when the item hasn't even been opened. Will not order from them again.

Ordered a Ranch Hand Rear Bumper

Ordered a Ranch Hand Rear Bumper. Received wrong bumper and was advised to call manufacture to sort out problem. That makes no sense as I purchased and paid $2,867.11 to AutoAnything. I do not have the time to play games. I sent them the picture of the bumper I received and a picture from my order of what I had ordered and they were clearly different bumpers. I WILL NOT take extra time to call Ranch Hand, nor should any customer of AutoAnything have to discuss any mistake with a third party. This is very BAD business and for those who need to order from reputable dealers, go to another one.
Fortunately I have an entire Social Media department in order to get this message out to all that might benefit from it.

Horrible Customer Service: would give 0 stars

I put in a $1500 order to Morris 4x4 on 08-08-21. I received part of my order on 08-12-21 and the other part on 08-14-21. There were two bumpers in the order and some smaller items. They delivered the rear bumper on 08-12 and Fedex said the other bumper was going to be delivered on 08-14. It never showed. I tried to get in touch with Morris and AutoAnything. That's a joke. You can pretty much only chat online with customer service. I was told for 2 weeks to give them 3 days to contact the manufacturer.....
The bumpers were from Fishbone. Finally, on 08-26-21 I got some answers. AutoAnything actually told me that my order was placed but the item was out of stock and had been discontinued by the manufacturer. This was very funny because I relayed this information to Fishbone, who I had on the phone at the same time, and he said that bumper is in stock in their warehouse right now and it has NOT been discontinued.
Bottom line: Stay away from AutoAnything or Morrix 4x4. Horrible customer service and they will constantly make excuses and delays.

Horrible experience never using them in life again…

I’ve been using this company for quite a few years never had any major issues up until now I ordered a set of Vinces for a 2021 new titan Nissan super crew had a horrible experience the package came ripped up scotch tape my vent shades were missing and the two that came were broken got no response no refund didn’t send me new vent shades horrible experience and I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and report them to every agency that will listen please don’t use this company they are horrible I hope they close down

I bought a chip from them and it made my truck NOT crank.. had to take the PCM out send it to the company to flash it. Got it back and thank God my truck cranked but now I’m stuck with a $300 + tuner that I can’t use. It was after the “30 day guarantee “ so nothing was done to help me. All that I went through and money wasted ... pooor service in my opinion.. and I also bought $400 + shocks that didn’t fit my truck and I’m seeing that they are throwing that “30 day guarantee” on me again. I will
Never buy from them again and I suggest anyone else to buy elsewhere .. if you do you better try whatever it is out right away so you can send it back before 30 days

Stay Away. Poor excuse for customer service.

Purchased a WeatherTech sunroof deflector for my vehicle. Guaranteed to fit, but guess what. It doesn’t fit. There is too much of a bend on the deflector that doesn’t allow it to sit flush when installed per the instructions.

I reached out to AutoAnything to initiate a return and was informed I’m only entitled to a little more than HALF of the refund after return shipping and AutoAnything’s 20% restock fee. For an item that was guaranteed to fit, but doesn’t fit - due to what I can only assume is a defect. Absolutely ridiculous.

This was my first and will be my last order with this company. I wish I had researched more before purchasing. Had I known of their poor reputation for customer service I would’ve shopped elsewhere.

Nice Top

So far so good. It has been to Moab and back to Cottonwood, Arizona. It fits well and was relatively easy to install. I did not have any problem with it being too tight or zipper issues like others have reported. I like the frame less, fastback look compared to stock soft-top.

I called to order several items for my truck the guy I got assured me the tail gate cap number I was ordering would fit my truck. I reciever my invoice via email and noticed it was for a 2019 Ram mine was a 2021 so I called and got a woman and told her my concerns about the item she put me on hold twice for a very long time came back said she called the manufactor and they said it would fit. I recieved it and it DID NOT fit I called to let them know and she sent me a return label but I have to drive 54 miles to take to the nearest drop off store in another town. She put me through to the sales department to get a differant tail gate cap an they didn't have any that would fit my truck so now I have to wait on a refund. Which she said if I didn't but another tail gate cap it would be refunded in 24 hours. We'll see!

Purchased Service not Provided

I purchased a roof rack with expedited shipping to ensure it would arrive in time for a planned trip even if an unexpected delay were to occur in the shipping network, yet this company shipped the item with standard shipping speed. Customer service reps acknowledge the order shipped with the wrong speed yet refuse to do anything because "we don't refund freight costs." The actions of this company are paramount to theft as I paid for a service they did not provide and are currently refusing to rectify.

I ordered some Rocker panels and…

I ordered some Rocker panels and without reading the reviews until the next day and I was shocked at what people was saying so I Called Auto Anything and told them that I want to cancel and the I said you know what I’m not going to cancel and boy I’m glad I didn’t cancel my rocker chrome panels arrived early and fitted like a glove on my 2005 Dodge Durango and now it is sharp I have 22 inch wheels again thank you Auto Anything !

Dont waste your money. Sent wrong item then charged $41.72 to return.

We purchased seat covers from Auto Anything and payed $133.86. They did not fit. We confirmed with Ram that we put in the correct information for the seats in our vehicle. We contacted them and explained they sent covers that did not fit our vehicle and we requested the correct ones. We were sent a return label and told they would correct the order or issue a refund since it was their error. We stated to please send the correct ones. Instead they issued a return and then deducted $41.72 from the amount refunded for shipping/restocking even though it was their error in sending us the wrong seat covers for our vehicle. Literally paid $41.72 for absolutely nothing.
