Ordered Bucket seat covers for a 1998…
Ordered Bucket seat covers for a 1998 Ford F150 on December 31, 2020. Received 1 row seat covers on Jan 26, 2021. Contacted them on Jan 27, and issued a return authorization, with an email saying I would be credited with $42.67 less then what I paid (Total was $138.59) Emailed them right away what the total was, no response. Next day when I shipped the item back, I received the email I would be credited the $95.92. Not my mistake, yet I ended up paying for it.
After contacting support, and giving the same information to a different person, my initial complaint has been resolved to complete satisfaction.

Ordered brake pads. A few days later the original delivery date was changed to a later date.
Too late for me, so I cancelled the order and ordered somewhere else.
The order was shipped anyway. I initiated a return, which took forever and was charged for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Original payment $161,80, refund $84.08
Almost 50% for a mistake they made.
If I would have ordered by mistake or changed my mind ok. But 50% for a mistake made by them, ridiculous!
There are enough other vendors who offer returns, no questions asked.

Do not recommend!!!!
Ordered some seat covers before Christmas and didn’t receive them until after Christmas. The back seat covers were damaged and I’ve requested for a refund and it’s over 2 weeks and they claim they’re waiting on Coverking to response back. Don’t give me the BS about covid. Plain and simple!! They were damaged when I received them. Submitted pictures and still nothing!!! I do not recommend AutoAnything at all!!!so quick to take your money but not service after that

AutoAnything, Morris4x4, all the same site. They do not back their product. The washer tank I ordered came with the wrong pump. They refuse to correct the situation. PLEASE buy your parts from a reputable source.

Still waiting...
Ordered floor mats for my F250 back in early November and since then I have had my delivery date pushed back 3 times....now they are telling me delivery date is the end of February...that is over 4 months for delivery
COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
To make matters worse, they charged my credit card and I cannot get a Auto Nothing rep to cancel my order, They keep telling me the delay is the manufacture and it is due to Covid...BS! I have found 10 other sites online and can have my mats in 5 days.
They are also still offering the back ordered mats on their site but are neglecting to inform customers that the mats are back ordered. They just want to charge your credit card and make you wait!
Do not use these clowns they are a rip off.

So I bought Aries action track powered…
So I bought Aries action track powered running boards.. This is a very large, very expensive car accessory 1400 dollars...It arrived no problems.. I open the product and checked the hardware.. I was mostly looking for nuts, bolts, mounts ect.. It appears to all be there.. But this is a very large and relatively complex piece of hardware. I remove my old running boards.. Remove a lot of my Jeeps interior to run the supplied wiring harness.. I mounted the new boards.. I'm starting to make all the electic connections. I realized that the kit was missing the led lights that are supposed to come with the kit.. (at this point I'm at about 4 hrs of labor) I call the company to see how we could resolve this issue... After a 20 minute wait time, and 30 minutes talking to the customer service rep. The only resolution the company offered, was for me to remove the entire installation off my jeep..Box it back up and send it back at my expense and for refund or exchange.. They had no other solution for me to get two simple led lights.. This thing was in a box that was 6 foot long and weighed over 100 lbs.. What a joke. Of course I couldn't or wouldn't do that.. I had way to much of my labor into the project at this point.. I continued the project finished it and ordered led lights from Amazon for 14 bucks and added two more to the steps so its now a better product than I ordered... With absolutely no help or support from Auto Anything.. Aries needs to pull its distributorship because they are making a good product look bad with ther disgusting customer service.

Horrible customer service
I spent $297 on seat covers when I receive them the staps weren’t sewn in place - it was the weekend and we wanted to put them on so I fix them. I sent pictures and requested if they would compensate with some kind of discount. All I got back-and-forth from Hannah at customer service was since they were already used/installed that there was nothing that they could do because I did not contact them right away. What a bunch of BS their seat covers all you do is wrap them over. They didn’t offer any support or help just kept sending emails until I finally had to follow up after several days.
Do not spend your money here. All it would’ve taken was a simple $25 refund and I would’ve been happy but instead got lead on with BS emails and then to be said no because the item was used their friggin cover seats what a joke don’t shop here!!!’

They sent me a $200 pair of broken tail lights. They ran me around in circles concerning the return. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They called me back and ran me around in circles again. Each time at the end they just no longer reply do not do business with them you are throwing your money down the drain. If that is not a good enough reason do it for me I got screwed thanks

Terrrible
Terrrible. No communication. Order delivered to wrong location. Had to track it down. Find out it was damaged in transit. No communication about if they are going to replace. I requested cancellation 3 times. No confirmation. Worse customer service ever. They don't respond to emails either.

Updated after their response.
Ordered seat covers, card was charged and recieved a shipping date. Weeks later got a new shipping date for a month later so I did a live chat and cancelled my order. Got an email on the cancellation saying they were confirming with the warehouse the item hadn't shipped. According to to the guy during my live chat my seat covers were made to order. They are sent from the manufacturer in Anaheim. 8 1/2 hours later an email saying my covers have shipped. BS !!! A shipping label was created in San Diego and as of now 28 hours later FedEx still doesn't have the package Do not deal with this company. I took pics of the live chat conversation and have records of everything else and wish there was a way to post them here. Do yourself a favor read the reviews and look elsewhere. I wish I had. Next stop BBB.

I wish I’d read the reviews before ordering. I ordered Firestone airbags for towing our travel trailer behind our 2017 Pathfinder a month ago. They still haven’t shipped. They emailed me letting me know they were out of stock but they still show in stock on their website with quick delivery. COVID is not an excuse. If you know shipping is delayed, change your website! Can’t believe my order still hasn’t shipped a month later. The trip I needed these parts for has come and gone. Please do not comment back that this is all due to COVID 🙄
Edit: Since writing this review my order has been delayed two more times. That's 4 times in 6 weeks they have revised my shipping date! A rep from Autoanything emailed me an apology along with a $30 gift card. I Let her know that it still shows that it will ship within 2-4 days which she said she fixed but still has not. I've requested a cancellation and will order from eTrailer.com.

HORRIBLE...
HORRIBLE.... they sent me the wrong part and then tried to blame me. There is even a confirmation on the site stating that it fit my model; moreso, "FITS ALL MODELS". You would think after reading this that you are confident in the part being correct. NOPE. They suck. I would have taken and exchange gladly, they didn't even offer.

If I could give this place a negative review I would. I ordered a roof rack system over 5 weeks ago, my card was charged immediately which is fine. Weeks went by with no email or tracking information so I called. Turns out my order was shipped back to the warehouse and is “being sent back out”. I’ve been told I need to “just wait” for an update. I’m out 600 bucks and still have no answered. I have no idea if my order is even really on the way or when it will be here. The worst part, I can’t cancel or get my money back until my order magically show up at my house or the warehouse. Save your time because this website is a total joke.

I ordered an exhaust for my truck and paid for it at the same time. They sent me an automated email that I would soon get a tracking number. One week later I tried to contact them for the tracking number, unable to get through to the chat or phone. Finally got an updated email they were having trouble with the manufacturer getting the part. Two weeks after the order, still no tracking number, so I cancelled online. Tried again to reach CS, hour later got a chat confirmation order cancelled, nothing else. These people are a broker only, keep your money and no parts. I suggest you order from a real auto parts dealer and forgo the headaches with this company.

5 week delay, and excuses from customer service.
I ordered a part from them on July 2nd, 2020. Received an email that it would be delayed. Now, 33 days later, I wait 2+ hours to talk to Kim in customer support just so she can tell me to expect my part whenever, and she won't give any reason for the delay.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Sent many(16) e-mails about my trim order, 5 pieces ok the sixth piece was defective. Even called the vendor who says call them.
I will not lay down on this. I want to start a class action suit on this ?company?. They think everyone is stupid.
The joke will be on them. Got a e-mail from Bailey thru trustpilot and answered immediatley. THAT WAS 4 WEEKS AGO. That is just another stall tactic and trustpilot fell for it. This company sucks and they should refund my money. Zero stars is what they get.

I have used this site two other times and was happy with my purchase but....the last time I purchased the part, a hood protector, that they said would fit my truck. It didn't come close. Then the nightmare started. After over 7 hours on hold ( devided between 9 calls) for customer service. I gave up calling, tried email, all I got was a form reply that said call customer service..... I finally fumbled my way through a return on website. Which they never told me was an option. Then after printing a return label I find out they are keeping $53. 75 of the $133.99 purchase price for " restocking fees and shipping" This for a mistake that they made on their website to begin with. A costly lesson learned.

One star because I couldn't give it none. READ CONSUMER AFFAIRS. CUSTOMERS RATE AUTOANYTHING 1.47!!!!!!! I wish I would have researched reviews prior to purchasing. I am ONE OF THE MANY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMERS!!!! Product delivery takes WEEKS LONGER than promised, PRODUCT IS INFERIOR, RETURN PROCESS IS TAKING WEEKS, and I lost $40 of my purchase price to have me take my return to a Fedex location. SAVE YOURSELF THE MISERY!!!!!! This company should be put out of business!

BAD Customer Service/Shop somewhere else
I've tried for 4 days to get an RMA # for a return. I was told on the automated telephone response that if I left a call back number someone would be with me. Well the agent texted me and I've been going back and forth for 4 days now just trying to get an RMA#. He says they are backlogged and is sorry etc but how hard is it to get an RMA#? I would NEVER buy anything from this website again because they have crappy customer service. I don't care if I have to pay more for the product because it's worth it if you get good customer service.
