Never received product, poor customer service, deceptive website...
I placed an order for a bike rack. The website said it was in stock and would be shipped out right away. 3 weeks later I still hadn't received the product. I called, and literally waited over an HOUR to speak to anyone. Only to find out that the product was out of stock, their website still says it's instock, and the company would do nothing to right their wrong. I cancelled my order and now we won't have bike racks in time for our trips. I trusted them that their business and website had integrity. Now I just hope they refund my CC...

Don’t Expect Results
Call or email-mail them and see if you can get them to answer the phone Or respond to your message. I didn’t get a refund for an item they continued to delay delivery until I told them I would meet them at their offices to discuss my refund.

Customer Service is a complete JOKE
I received an order that was completely missing a critical part to make it work. I tried to call and waited 60 minutes on hold for someone to pick up the phone. I gave up and sent them an email. I got an email response that said "our ability to help through email is limited, please call us so we can help. Be advised the wait times may be long." You think!?!
What a complete joke. The is the first order I placed with AutoAnything and it will be last.
Hire more people to answer the phones. Your customer service is horrible!

Don't expect ANY customer service.
ordering, shipping was as expected. Part was damaged. First time I tried to report via chat I was #17 in queue, which did not move after about 1 hour. Tried calling, again #17 in queue. Sent Email. Three days later I tried again. This time 35 in queue at 11AM. At 9:04PM someone came to chat. No signal to warn me, so I missed them. Now I am #21. Maybe when I get up in the AM they will have answered.
Really??????????
Update: Their reply says it all. They did reply and it is positive. Whether the contact issue is fixed or not I do not know, but at least they are alive and well and made my product problem go away.

I generally don't do reviews,but when you get this bad of customer service you have to let people know, everything other 1 star reviews said is right,hours on hold,no answer, dropped calls after holding for hours,all I want is to get my money back so I don't ever have to do business with this company again. Stay clear of this company.

Zero stars - They don't check inventory / availability when taking orders
Zero stars. They showed an item in stock. The same item was out of stock on the manufacturer's site and another competitor. So I was surprised and happy to see it in stock. A week later they emailed and said it would be delayed by 1.5 months. This is a scam.

Awful experience just trying to get basic shipping info.
Can pretty much agree with other reviews. They take your money immediately. Customer Service through the chat and through the phone is virtually impossible to reach with ridiculously hold times. Didn't provide any legitimate tracking info for a shipment that I will have to sign upon delivery. About the dispute my charge, guess I will have to use my bank to get their attention.

Nightmare company
First and last time I'll ever order from this company. No email for original order and customer service calls and emails have done nothing. My order has been pushed out even farther. Who knows when I'll get it. Hate this company. Just want my order and then get as far away from the misery with this company.

Miserable experience
Miserable experience. Sent me the wrong part (their website listed it as being compatible with my vehicle...its definitely not). Customer service completely unreachable, didn't respond to multiple emails, chat or phonecall attempts. And to add insult to injury they'll charge me a 20% restocking fee...for their failure. Steer clear.

Should be zero stars. Don't do business with AutoAnything. Their customer service is AutoNothing. They charge when you order and when they mix up your order, it's up to you to spend hours on phone calls, chat and email trying to get resolution. Their chat and email replies ignore the content of your message, are totally irrelvent and are summarily closed. Got a person on the phone who promised correction but didn't deliver - 3 1/2 hours wasted. I only got resolution by reporting the problem to PayPal.
Save your time, money and stress by dealing with another company.

Train wreck
Train wreck. Ordered an item, received an email that it had been delivered by FedEx. It may have been delivered, but not to me. FedEx says since there was no signature required, they have no responsibility. (mind you, my home office is 8' away from my front porch with a window) and never saw a FedEx truck when they said it was delivered. Tried to contact Auto Anywhere (Nowhere?) and it was a two hour wait to talk to someone on the phone and took about one and a half hours on the chat room to just get transfered from department to department, with a message that finally told me they couldn't assist.

update on my last review.
update on my last review.. new part was shipped out the day following my review(shocker) and was recieved on monday june 8th. When i got home, i grabbed the box and guess what... same damn visors in a different box. Have a total of 1 email and 2 phone calls equalling 2.5 hours of hold time and have still not spoken with anyone to resolve the issue/ get a refund. If i go thru the website steps they are screwing me out of $20 and that is b.s.

Basically ditto on all the other bad reviews. Same crap another day. Returned a Tonneau cover broken in shipping, Fed Ex sucks as bad as they do. It's been 7 days, I got ZIP. 3 hours on hold they blame it on Fed Ex. They they will call you back, crickets. E-mails, you might as well send them to your self. I don't know what to do. Anyone thoughts?

Customer service never responds.
I needed new brake pads and rotors for my vehicle, and I chose autoanythig because they were the only one who did fast shipping for a reasonable price. I got what I thought were my rotors and brake pads just the next day, only problem was, I only received one of the rotors. I chatted with someone who said the left rotor would take a bit longer, which doesn’t work for me. So I’ve attempted to no avail to get in touch with someone, but no one will call or email me back. They say the wait to get someone on the phone is 45min, yet I sit on hold for 2 hours at work with no answer. Then when I get someone on chat, they’re rude and won’t give me the information I need. I made a mistake by being in a rush to get the parts I needed and chose the wrong place to get them from. Don’t be fooled by the fast shipping times, because i got most of my order next day, but what good does it do me to have one rotor here faster than the other? And their prices aren’t any cheaper than other more reputable parts sellers. Do yourself a favor, save yourself all the stress I’ve gone through, and get your parts from somewhere else.

Buyers BEWARE
Horrible experience. Ordered parts 2 weeks ago. Paid for 2 day shipping. Still have not received my items. Have been calling for a week and constantly get put on hold for over an hour with no return of a operator. Finally spoke to some one today to find out my parts will not be shipped until the end of the week and I will not get my 2 day shipping charge returned. What a joke this company is. False advertisement and bad customer service

THE WORST
THE WORST. Ordered cargo cover for my 4door wrangler and they sent one for a 2 door wrangler. Called "customer service " on 2 different lines...was on hold on 1 line for 1.5hours and the other line was on hold over 2 hrs (no one ever came back to that line)...the CSR named Tyler was rude as hell and ended up hanging up on me because I told him I wasn't hanging up until I received his email with the return shipping label. I sent the incorrect cover back and got an email saying a new one will be sent out in 2 weeks...not understanding why I have to wait so long for their mistake I called back and had to wait on hold almost 2 hrs AGAIN for the rep to tell me I have to pay 14dollars to expedite it....I REFUSED. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. NEVER AGAIN!! THIS IS A JOKE AND THEY NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

I ordered an offroad bumper for my Chevy Silverado on 3/10/20. I paid $665 for this bumper, received a receipt for my order, shipment confirmation, and delivery instructions. 3 days later I received a call from their sales person saying my bumper cost too much for them to ship and that they could not fulfill my order. I asked to speak with a supervisor, who blamed UPS for over charging them to deliver my bumper ($764) and that they could have a sales rep phone me with comparable bumper options to offer me. The sales rep called me back and only offered me bumpers that were $1200 and up (nearly twice what I paid originally) and that there was nothing else I could do, but purchase one of those bumpers or issue me a refund. So I said whatever, just refund me if I cant get the bumper I paid for or another for a comparable price. The next thing I know I'm getting an email that says "We’ve received your request to cancel your order".
I did not "request cancellation", you all cancelled my order and I have yet to see a pending refund to my PayPal. I feel like this website is a scam. They baited with a good price bumper and tried to get me to buy one for twice as much. Furthermore, the bumper I ordered is still listed on their website!
