Mike L - Excellent Customer Service! Best customer service of any company!

I ordered seat covers and when they came they were great. The driver's side fit nice but the passenger's side back portion was a bit too short. I called and Mike L with customer service helped me out. He was nice, friendly, funny, and most of all very helpful. He worked with me figure out step by step which seats I have and which covers are correctly needed for them. He said no problem and they can help take care off this and fix the problem. He was able to set it up so I can send my covers back and they will send out the correct ones. I told him out of any company customer service I have ever had this is the best. I also mentioned that I usually avoid the phone or online surveys after customer service but if they had one I would go out of my way to give him 5/5 stars A+ all excellent reviews. I mentioned how customer service is more important than any issues with products as another company I had an issue with had a fine product but terrible customer service and it was enough to not want to do business with them. Overall happy so far, the products were great and the driver side was great just a bit wrong size with the passenger's side and which model seats I had. Thank you Mike L for helping fix the issue and definitely made my day better just talking with him. Keep him around!

Untrustworthy Order system and Personal Lie

Called to find out if a set of wheels were available and even had salesperson double check to make sure. They said yes and so I placed the order. After calling calling and checking online about order status numerous times and being told that they would ship out the next day numerous times I finally found out form another person I talked to that the manufacturer DOESN'T have any of these wheels and they do not know when they might be available. They charged my credit card for parts that they do not have nor are available. Complete scam and unreputable company. Wasted valuable time. Website is completely inaccurate and communication is extremely poor basically non-existent. You couldn't even pull up the existing order on their online order status you needed to call and find out what is going on with the order. Horrible Horrible service. This is actually my first review online of any company. I typically give a company the benefit of the doubt and try and make things work but I needed to let other people know about how bad an experience trying to work with this company has been. I am now calling the credit card company to reverse the charge as I am not confident that they will follow through with cancelling my order or how long and how much time it will take.

I purchased a set for my 2019 ram 1500…

I purchased a set for my 2019 ram 1500 laramie crew cab and they sent me one for a 2018 standard cab. I called and the gentlemen was very helpful, he issued an RMA and said once fedex scanned the RMA they would send out the right one. this is were it started!!
Not only did it cost me $14.00 to send them back they did not send out new ones they reemburshed my account (or so they say). they then tell me I have to pay for new ones. I did and asked if they could express the shippment and was told they are coming from georgia and would only take a few days.
they dont help with return shipping cost, my time, my delay and they dont expedite order since have been waiting weeks now. terrible experience.

Poor service, combative Reps

Company delivered the seat covers to the billing address, not the shipping address. Would not issue a shipping label ("we can't) then blamed me because i had called customer services when the deliver was late. I guess i confused them. Product was...average. Certainly not worth the 3 phone calls, numerous chats and the c/s rep accusations. Go find a better product with at least average service

Toyota Highlander…

Ordered a hitch for a Toyota Highlander LE Plus. Was assured by customer service before ordering that it would fit the plus. Which it would, if I were willing to leave my rear bumper cover loose! And customer service, returns are an absolute nightmare. Beware that "20% restocking" does not include shipping. Cost me more like 35% to return.

They offer a low price guarantee that they do not honor. I was looking to make a significant purchase including items that were priced lower elsewhere. I contacted them about matching the price and sent them a link. The guy stated the other site would charge shipping and added $8 to the competitor price. He said they would also charge tax (they never have in the past). Even though the add-ons he was quoting didnt make up the difference, he insisted that their final price was still higher so he could not match their price. I asked him how he arrived at his final price for them and he couldnt give me a straight answer or explain. He just kept arguing that Autoanything had better prices.

I spent 30 minutes arguing with a shady BS business trying to get the same price I could easily get elsewhere. Yeah...I took my business elsewhere!

Ordered a westin truck ladder October…

Ordered a westin truck ladder October 2. They emailed me that shipping info would be sent by October 24. October 24th came and no shipping info.I requested my shipping info and they said due to a supply problem, won't be shipped till the end of November. I said no, give me my money back. Luckily, they returned my money in three days. Ordered the same item from etrailer.com on a Friday and recieved it the next day with standard shipping. DON"T USE AUTOANYTHING.COM! It's a rip!

Customer Beware

Customer Beware! Their return policy is the Worst. I purchased a LeBra car cover and didn’t like it. Called for returning it and was told it would be 20% restocking fee plus $14 to email me a return label UNlLESS I exchanged it for other items.
And by the way you don’t get their 20% sale going on when you exchange the items. I will never buy from them again.

This is why Amazon rules. They make it right. No questions asked.

Restocking fee unfairly charged

The full coverage Husky mats for my 2019 Ram 1500 did not fit with the rear seat under seat storage. Website nor salesman on the phone mentioned this. Try to return and they want me to pay postage and 20% restocking fee for something that doesn't fit. Couldn't get manager on phone but after arguing got restocking down to 10% best they would do. So sell me the wrong product and I have to pay you. Great. I've bought from them for years and spent hundreds if not thousands. Will never order from Auto Anything again.

I wish I had to read all the reviews before I bought anyting. These guys are a bunch of losers who don't stand behind what they say. They will do whatever it takes to keep your money or tied up as long as I can see you won't get it back for days.
Not to mention all the lies and Bs they tell you on the phone everybody's got a different story. Please take my advice and shop somewhere else I mean anywhere else but this place!!!!!

Customer service is PATHETIC they're Con-Artist

Customer service is PATHETIC. Called them about a dash cover I bought for my 1997 E420 Benz and was given a very rude runaround. The dash cover didn't fit and was so poorly made it looked like a kindergarten kid made it. They said I would have to pay return shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee and they would give me store credit not a refund. These people should be shut down. Something that doesn't fit and is so poorly made should be on them not the customer. Beware they are Con-Artist.

Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Had a steering wheel cover for sale on the site that had apparently been discontinued.

Instead of knowing that, they sent me the incorrect one, which I sent back to exchange. After waiting another week for the correct one to come, I open it up to see the same one I had originally received in the package. This is when they tell me it was actually discontinued. I sent it back for a refund and they try to get away with only refunding me for the item and not the tax and shipping I paid originally. They refund the shipping but refuse to give me the tax back saying my state does not allow that. Absolute BS and they should have given me back the tax out of their own pockets.

Horrible company, do not buy from them!!!

They charge you before they can ship and then take 5 days to credit you back. Bought a rack system for $1,100, shipment was delayed 2 months, they were going to keep my money for 2 months.really, what is wrong with that process... then blamed it on the mfg...I am not buying from Yakima, I am buying from AA. Bad business process.
