My claim was dealt within a day. And i was back on the road by the end of the week. The staff were friendly and helpful. And the process was easy and straight foward.

Awful company, doesn't honour anything!
Man was arguing over the phone wont honour the warranty at all, they will say they will ring you back, never do, they will also state when you ring them and they answer and not just ignore you because they see its your number that there colleague is on lunch break. This lunch break seemed to go on all day! Not worth a thing wont fix anything even if its covered. Not worth the paper its printed on stay away.
