Amazing service!
My group and I bought 4 e-sims when we were still in Italy and the service was incredible.
The staff is very helpful and kind, they answered all our questions via Whatsapp. As soon as we landed, our e-sim was active, and we had Internet connection everywhere (Telkomsel). The promotions they have are very convenient. Super recommended!

Great service! The SIM card was delivered to my hotel for free, right on time, and the communication throughout was excellent. The price was really good, and installation was quick and easy thanks to the friendly staff who helped set everything up. I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone needing a hassle-free SIM while travelling.

Very easy online order process
Very easy online order process, even though we opted to pre-order our eSIM before we even flew to Bali. The instructions to register and load was straightforward, and true to their promise, the Sim was activated just prior to arrival. Gede on the chat line was helpful and prompt. We will definitely use Balisim again.
