Lovely team
Beresfords managed our last rental. They were helpful, with clear, prompt communication, and responded to our queries and any issues. Special mention to the manager Adam Johnson who was very kind and efficient and went out of his way to help us.

Amber Terry from the Chelmsford branch is hands down the best estate agent I have ever come across! Knowledgeable, bubbly, patient, understanding, honest, realistic… she ticks every box in the qualities you need to do this job! If I could find a property and choose my estate agent I would choose her every time. On my first time buyer journey she helped to ease into the process and was so knowledgeable, most informative viewing I’ve been to, and not just like your average viewing where they just stand there and let you ask questions if you have them. She took us on a guided tour of the house with an in-depth review for every part of the house! Wishing her nothing but the best and a promotion!!!
