I have had a very positive experience…
I have had a very positive experience dealing with Beresfords staff - Upminster branch. From identifying the property I was interested in letting; viewing the property and then processing my tenancy to move in, the experience was so smooth and effortless. I was in my property within 10 days of viewing the property. The staff Taylor, Lauren and Ella have each been helpful throughout the process. I would recommend this Letting Agent.

From the first phone call-Debbie was so warm, professional. We have called so many agencies looking for a.place to rent. Finding an agent this good is rare and so refreshing!
We have been so impressed (twice now - so we know it was not a fluke!) by how Debby and the team at Beresfords have helped us to find tenants for our rental property. They listen, pay attention and act on our wishes and have a huge amount of experience and knowledge to share and guide the process. 5 star customer service experience
I have recently agreed a tenancy with Beresfords, and the transition from enquiry to moving into the property has been seamless. Archie, Joe and Christine have been extremely helpful through the process. I have been kept right up to date on the progress of the tenancy, and the team have bent over backwards to answer all questions, etc.
