It was so easy to set up my bike insurance with bike sure. The young lady who set it up was so helpful, polite and very proffesional and within 15 minutes my insurance was set up. I would certainly recomend.

I was given information as to what I would save by staying with Bikesure but it's typically annoying that they don't give you the price of last year to what you're paying this year and its so difficult to log on and find the price.

So far so good, I personally like the way your website is formatted, the ease of navigation and how you communicate with me; generally a confidence inspiring and feel the original DNA from Adrian Flux who were always a market leader..BUT, and it’s the biggie you never know how good a company is, until you’ve had an accident..🤞

Don’t buy insurance with Bikesure they are a ripoff paid £400 premium in full and then my vehicle stolen and was told I had to pay £450 in excess and I’ve just spoken to them to cancel the policy and asked for a refund and was told no I couldn’t have one even though nothing was my fault, starting to think the insurance had something to do with the theft as they knew they would make lots of profit, will never use again.

Website stopped working then took a very long time to get an operator who wasn't too sharp. All in all it took nearly 3 hours to complete a simple transaction which I wouldn't have completed if I'd have been sure the cash hadn't have been taken from my account. Very disappointed
