having two bikes insured with you i think you are a bit pricey!, I have had a full bike license for over fifty years, but the real downer was being charged £35 for you to add the Honda to the insurance for the Royal Enfield which does not have that long to run. I will be giving serious thought to who I insure with next year.

Straight forward renewal of my existing policy. No pressure sales. Everything explained properly. In a really pleasant manor. Excellent service.

I still don’t see why loyalty is not rewarded more by insurance companies. I didn’t have time to look around this year but my premium is off the scale compared to friends running the same motorcycle. Not next year!!

Got charged extra once I’d paid deposit filling in forms online - another £65 admin fee on a £200 policy because my bike wasn’t listed correctly on their website
Got given choice of losing deposit or having to pay which I reluctantly did

Then , came to cancelling 3 months later to be charged an extra £111 “admin fee” I would avoid this company at all costs

Scamming people out of money Adrian flux won’t catch me out again !!

While the renewal process worked well, the renewal premium felt excessive.

They won’t even give me a quote for a 125cc moped. Utter clowns. Avoid these, not a legit company, they just tease and play games with people. Won’t ever look at this company as legitimate ever again and will be actively warning everyone that I can.

Still cheapest for fully comp insurance & a good service from their call centre.

Really helpful chap sorting my quote, hindered by software at your end.
The system does not seem to allow for modification and then reversion to try options (Laying up vs normal comprehensive in this case). I was trying to find the difference between 2 variants and the software struggled with this and the end quote for the second was totally wrong.

I renewed my motorcycle policy and was informed that an earlier in the year claim on my car insurance had affected my motorcycle premium.

Having reviewed my renewal documents i noticed an error & contacted bikesure to amend it.
The staff member was very helpful & even got me a lower price due to me lowering the value of my motorbike to the correct value.
