I booked a 5-hour premium clean, but what I got was just an enhanced basic clean—nothing special at all. The company knew I had a cat but still sent someone with a supposed allergy—later changed to a “fear of cats.” The manager rudely told me to “lock up” my cat with zero professionalism.

The cleaning was rushed and incomplete: stairs not vacuumed, dust left above doors, radiators and dressing room doors not cleaned, and bedding left unfinished.

They pride themselves on a premium service, but this fell far short. Desperate to take money up front but refuse to answer calls or callback when there is an issue. When I raised concerns via email, management refused real accountability and offered only a £10 voucher. Terrible experience—avoid.

Initially pleased but noticed areas (basics like cobwebs, sections of floors not vacuumed/mopped, areas where they hadn't gone behind furniture, missed surfaces) each time tried to provide constructive feedback- I came away feeling anxious as responses often defensive, difficultly liaising about a stain in carpet resulting after spill cleaning solution. In summary had the standards and expectations that had been set out during initial consultation been met - I'd have had no problems with the cost (and it was a big sacrifice) but final straw was being made to feel like a problem client. I just wanted the expectations made, to have been met.

Really happy with the service provided by bright and beautiful Telford, from start to finish. Booking in for a quote was easy and they listened to everything I wanted for my end of tenancy clean. Easy to book in after and really happy with the job done. Will definitely book for my next clean. Thank you.

I recently used the services of Bright & Beautiful Wakefield, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I booked my appointment, the customer service was top-notch—super friendly and responsive.

First time using a laundry collection service and so glad I chose this service. Washing was collected and washed to a high standard, all neatly folded and returned the next day! Cannot fault the service and would recommend.

I called regarding initially to inquire about a regular clean service. Sash provided clear information about the company services, I was pleased to learn that they use eco products and team are DBS checked!

After a promising start, with the cleaners doing a reasonable job of an initial sweep through the flat, subsequent dealings with the management were very unsatisfactory.
We fell out over our different understandings of the charges I would be asked to pay.
I was left disappointed and out of pocket.
I would strongly advise getting everything in writing – the initial conversation may give a misleading impression of what the service would actually entail.

Have used Bright and Beautiful in our old and now our.new house. Very professional service and a clean fresh smelling house every time. Lots of dog hair waiting at each visit and gone afterwards.

I came back to find my precious apartment completely transformed. Wonderful job from the team. I thoroughly recommend them.

I have been using Bright & Beautiful (Telford) for a few months now and can honestly say I could not be happier with their service. They are very proactive and responsive and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We hired Bright & Beautiful Cheltenham in good faith to provide regular cleaning services in our family home. In May 2025, £955 in cash went missing from our property. Only their staff had unsupervised access during this period, in which we have CCTV to support.

Despite reporting the matter to the police and raising formal concerns with the business, we received no meaningful accountability, transparency, or resolution. We were met with defensive correspondence, a refusal to confirm the validity of DBS checks during the period in question, AND an attempt to charge us cancellation and notice fees — all while a police investigation is ongoing.

As a family who trusted this franchise in our private space, this experience has been deeply distressing. If this happened here, I worry it may happen elsewhere around Cheltenham.

I urge others to consider how little recourse you may have if something serious goes wrong. Our trust has been completely broken.

I've emailed marketing@. To clarify, as originally stated, I've already been in contact with the Cheltenham branch and were faced with defensive correspondence, a refusal to confirm the validity of DBS checks during the period in question, AND an attempt to charge us cancellation and notice fees. I've emailed all the relevant details to you and hope this matter will finally be taken seriously.
