Delivery took longer than anticipated and I received some sweets which weren’t what I ordered and were substituted without asking. Not as good quality as some other places I’ve ordered from. Sorry

I ordered for a friend to show her some love and cheer her up - no foam strawberry mushroom but an added pack of milkshake bottles! I chose individual packs for a unique experience and you added 2 of the same!
I asked for pink and white mini heart shaped marshmallows u gave a cheap bag of normal marshmallows!
Paid for a 3 - 4 working day delivery for the package to arrive before my friend went on holiday - it arrived whilst she was away so I had to arrange for it to go to a neighbour's -it took 6 days to arrive - when I chased I just got a generic email - which if you are having issues you should make this aware ono your website.
Not very happy with the service and probably will not use you again or recommend!

Can’t find a single fault
I really can’t find any faults. So easy to use app easy to find what you like . Every product was packaged in great condition and arrived in great condition. Some of the sweets really did take me back to my childhood days they tasted just the same . Can’t wait to order again as there are sooo many to chose from 🥰
