And the delivery guys was also very helpful in putting the washing machine just where it had to go. I received excellent customer service from Carter's. I was shown all the appliances and given good descriptions on each one. I telephoned on the same day, Saturday, to order and my appliance was delivered on the Monday morning before 08.30 am. The two gentleman who brought my new oven were very courteous and polite. They fitted the oven and left by 08 45am. Could not ask for better service. Thank you

I thought it might have been two apparitions - they were here and gone so quickly! Shaun and Stan arrived well in-time frame agreed to deliver and install my new Bosch and dispose of the old washing machine. I'm not kidding, I sat down to have a cup of tea while they got on with it when they called out 'it's installed'! Can't speak highly enough of their ordering process and service and I would MUCH rather than a proper company that has a phone number and someone to have an intelligent conversation (not an AI bot in sight). Their prices were no different to online for this new washer (latest model) so why on earth would you go anywhere else??? I live in Hurstpierpoint but know they cover loads of places - especially Sussex. Thank you so much Carters.

Needed a portable air conditioning unit because curry’s let me down (don’t ask, read my review of them) so I visited your Haywards Heath store. Was greeted by friendly staff who plainly knew the products they were selling, and they steered me to exactly what I needed.
Even helped me load it into the car!

Went to showroom and ordered/paid for a new washer/dryer with help and advice when requested. Able to choose exact half day for delivery to suit our specific needs. Delivered by very polite and helpful team who installed and tested machine, ensuring that it was balanced on slightly uneven floor to avoid noise vibration. Excellent service and would highly recommend.
