Great local company promt service polite and friendly delivery

We recently had a faulty, non repairable, fridge freezer which was under warranty. We were given a code from the manufacturer to take into Carters for an exchange, which was easy to do. We actually decided to change to a different make of fridge freezer, which Carters were very helpful with, as we have limited space for the appliance.
We were even refunded some money due to a change in price and price match!
The new fridge freezer was delivered the next day.
We are very impressed with the way the exchange was dealt with.

I was contacted almost immediately to arrange delivery time.
The delivery men arrived and were very efficient taking out old appliance and plumbing in new appliance. The chaps were extremely helpful and friendly.

My (26 year old!) dishwasher packed up last weekend. On Monday, we went into the Storrington branch and bought a new Blomberg machine - staff were very helpful, made it very easy to choose right machine. Today is Thursday, new machine is fitted, tested and running! Couldn’t have had a nicer couple of fitters than Adam and Adrian; they were extremely polite, friendly and efficient, and they left my kitchen really clean and tidy. The overall experience has made us decide that Carters would be our only choice for the next time we need an appliance

I was very pleasantly surprised that Carters were able to price compete with its larger competitors to supply the particular washing machine we wanted - but they did. The machine was supplied promptly and courteously and was professionally installed. An excellent buying experience.

Item arrived within expected time scale. Delivery guys helpful and took away all packaging. Item works well and altogether I am pleased with the order.

Great and friendly service

Carters is conveniently placed in Storrington. It has a good selection of products on offer and staff who are happy to explain the various options available.

They do what it says on the tin and do it timely.

I ordered an airfryer when there was a surge in them and also transportation problems. I was able to pre order and they kept me informed of the stock coming in. I was pleased with the price too as it matched Amazon prices.
