While lenders will always carry out a credit check with each agency directly, checking your own report through Checkmyfile is often the best first step in the application process.

When printing your Checkmyfile report, the margin settings are typically determined by the device you're using, so the option to change them should appear during the printing process.

If you've not seen this option anywhere or changing these settings hasn't changed the outcome, this could be something our team can assist you with. If you could reach out to us at help@checkmyfile.com with an image of the issue you've encountered, we'd be happy to investigate.

You can also call us on 01872 304050 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, but emailing has the added benefit of showing the team exactly what you can see.
