Good Site but Won't help with Incorrect Info
Apart from being a one stop shop for all reports which is handy, I haven't found them very helpful, which for £15pm I think is poor. I had a late charge put on my report, I have a good report & the mark went against all my other debt management habits. I'd asked for proof of debt from company as I was out of contract with them, they kept ignoring the request, went to the Ombudsman but they ignored the Ombudsman too, so the case was closed. I asked CMF for help, they just kept saying to persevere with the company, I'd persevered with them for over a yr & got nowhere, so people can place marks against your report with no back up, even when challenged, and you get no help. I used to have a different CRA who were brilliant when my new bank messed up my DDs and my car was paid late, despite the money being in both bank accounts for safety, the CRA helped me until the mark was gone. SO they can help, not sure why CMF are choosing not to. The site and info are good, not worth £15 though if they won't help when the info is incorrect. Even when I cancelled they repeated about going to the Ombusdman? They don't provide anything you can't source yourself.

Remortgage
I needed my credit report for an application and the remortgage, adviser recommended Check my File. I noticed they were offering a free trial period.
I went ahead and found the site excellent. Easy to navigate and I was even able to print and save my report.

I’m disappointed
I’m disappointed, twice I’ve needed to contact support and twice unfortunately I’ve been pushed back on to effectively just wait, when both time, exactly what I’ve asked has been needed to be done.
I’m stressed and worried about errors on my report and the support just isn’t working to help with these issues.
Th product is useful in the sense of seeing all three reports, but the “support” unfortunately isn’t there.

Great site to keep track of your score
This was recommended by one of our mortgage advisors and I have to say it really gave a very good insight and aggregate of scores. It collates across 3 credit agencies. Simple and very straightforward to use and easy with cancellations as well. I would recommend
