Professional, easy to book, good price and will use again
We have used other parking firms around Gatwick in the past and been very disappointed with the unprofessionalism. This IS NOT what we got at Cophall where the bus turned up when they said it would even at 3.30 AM, were available on the phone all the time and even offered me an extra day at a reduced rate when I'd accidentally booked an incorrect date. All in all, a very professional experience and WILL USE AGAIN.

Great service
Great service, booking online easy, staff all polite and helpful, had to phone to change some details, no problem. Buses run every 15mins, so drop off and pick up very easy.

4th time using Cophall and no problems
This is the fourth time I have used Cophall and won’t lie after reading about the fire incident for Sapphire parking I was a bit worried where my car actually goes. My vehicle is fitted with a dash cam and records movements and the vehicle was moved a short distance away not far from the place I dropped it and was moved back ahead of my arrival for collection. I have always found the bus service great and wasn’t kept waiting long time and I do always leave a bit longer time to take into account a transfer. Staff on site seem efficient but perhaps a smile wouldn’t go a miss 😂
