Haven’t use the car park for years but booking was easy checking in was easy updated their buses so a lot more people can get on didn’t have to wait long to be picked up either very good reliable service staff all friendly will definitely use them again

Item taken from my car
Unfortunately, I would not use Cophall Park and Ride again.
Knowing we were landing at around 1:30am and that I had a two and a half hour drive home, I deliberately left a Red Bull in my car ready for the journey back. When I returned to my car, it had been taken.
Obviously, the cost of a Red Bull is neither here nor there, and I can easily buy another one. What concerns me is the fact that somebody has clearly gone into my car and taken something that belonged to me. It immediately makes you question what else has been looked through, moved or potentially taken. When you leave your car with a parking company, there has to be a level of trust, and for me that trust has completely gone.

While we appreciate that the monetary value of a can of Red Bull is relatively small, the principle of what you are reporting is something we take seriously. Customers should be able to leave their vehicles with us with confidence, and an allegation that an item has been removed from a vehicle needs to be properly investigated.
At present, we don't have enough information within your review to identify your booking or establish what happened. Please contact our Customer Services team at customerservices@cophallparking.co.uk with your booking reference, vehicle registration and date of your stay, along with the details you have provided here.
Once we have this information, we can identify your vehicle, review the relevant movement records and investigate the matter with the team who were working during your stay.
We don't want to speculate about what may have happened until we have carried out that investigation, but please be assured that we take your concerns seriously and would like the opportunity to look into this fully.

Thank you for your review and for using Cophall on many occasions. We’re pleased to hear that you have always been happy with us previously, but we’re very sorry about the confusion regarding the additional payment on your latest visit.
Being asked on two separate occasions for money that you did not owe, particularly when it was subsequently confirmed that your booking was fully paid, is understandably frustrating and we apologise for the inconvenience this caused.
We would like to fully investigate why this happened so that we can identify whether there was an issue with the booking information or our system and prevent the same thing happening again.
