THIEVES and Inept Customer Support
I placed an order for multiple items on 9/7/26. They sent me one item and the gifts with purchase. They did not send me the two items totaling $400. I inquired why they were delayed from the rest of the order. Dermstore told me they didn't receive payment. I sent them the copy of the order charge. The entire order was paid for at once so why they claimed they only received payment for one item and not the other two in the same order is beyond me. I spent weeks going back and forth with their chat, email and phone. Their chat would always tell me my inquiry needed to be escalated to the payments team for review and they would get back to me. The responses were always the same. The payment didn't go through and would send me instructions for how to change the payment. They refused any proof from my end of the charge to my account. Then I called. After a 20 minute phone call where I had to follow up by sending proof of payment for their payments team to review, they never responded. I am awaiting a payment dispute from Paypal. This morning I received an alert from Paypal that they provided proof of shipping. It was the same shipping for the one item and freebies they sent me. They are trying to steal my money. A huge company that takes in millions in luxury personal care orders is trying to steal $400 from me. I will never shop from them again. Do not trust them!
