Good luck actually receiving your order
Dermstore repeatedly has issues with shipping fragrances and end up cancelling orders due to shipping restrictions. They are the only retailer I've ever run into this issue with and are unable to provide more specific information about the restriction.
Because I've never had this issue when purchasing fragrances online from other websites, it appears this is a Dermstore-specific issue they're unwilling to resolve.
If it truly is a shipping restriction, why was I able to make a purchase in the first place since a shipping address is required?

I was charged more for the item…
I was charged more for the item purchased than was listed on their website. I was told price decreased after I purchased it. This was blatantly not true. I told the rep this was deceptive and I would be filing a formal complaint on their business practices. After online chat and a phone call, price was corrected. I was offered an in store credit which I refused because I will never do business with Dermstore again. Shady.

BUYER BEWARE! Refuses to cancel my order, deliberately trying to steal my money and not refund me. They send multiple emails saying yes we will refund you then you talk to someone else and they say no we won’t refund you.
