Disappointed is a understatement

Visited BMW Motorad Cribbs Causway Bristol to view the BMW F900 spent 25 minutes in the showroom with no other customers and not one member of staff asked if there was anything they could help me with. Very disappointed and as a customer who has already brought a brand new Range Rover from DickLovett Melksham, I feel the need to leave a review for this experience. Very disappointing

I bought an approved used 1 series from D lovett C Causeway. I dealt with Sophie and she was an absolute star throughout the process. I had one small issue I noticed when I got home and she dealt with it very quickly and kept me up to date through the process of rectifying the issue. I will definitely return to D lovett for my next vehicle.

Recently purchased an approved used car and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The process was smooth, hassle-free, and very professional throughout.

The delivery experience was great, communication was clear, and the paperwork involved was surprisingly minimal which made everything quick and stress-free.

Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy and reliable car buying experience.

Excellent Customer Service

Well, I’ve finally taken that ‘leap into the unknown’ and ordered an ⚡️🚗 EV - since I’m not reliant on range or re-sale value (because I’ve PCP’d my cars for the last 10yrs) I’m spoiling myself & ‘slowing down’ in my 70s to enjoy some comfort & luxury. I’ve test driven a Polestar 2 which I have to say was a huge disappointment 👎 (a cheaply made plastic-fantastic Volvo) then the BYD Seal-Excellence which was actually very nicely designed, finished & well spec’d - but there’s still the element of ‘uncertainty’…🤔 So I’ve gone full circle and returned to the brand I know & love so well and ordered a new BMW U10 iX2 xDrive30 M Sport.
🥳And so I have to comment on the exceptional customer service I have received from DickLovett BMW Hungerford. 👌It’s always so nice to be looked after and treated with courtesy, professionalism and a sincere & friendly welcome from all those I came into contact with… Thank you Tim, Stephen, Chris & Nick 👍 - I’m absolutely delighted & excited with my decision - it’s not necessarily about getting the best ‘deal’ it’s more to do with feeling you’ve made the right choice & that you’re satisfied with the

I was most impressed by the service I…

I was most impressed by the service I received from the salesman, Ben Ferris-Pulsford. From the time we had initial discussions to the point when the car was picked up, he was immensely helpful. The handover was made easy & incident free which was important given the distance I was from Bristol. A very positive experience. I can highly recommend Ben.

Where do I start sales person Lewis…

Where do I start sales person Lewis excellent very helpful couldn't fault the man.After the sale is where it has all gone wrong trying to get a accessories to have a top box fitted wrong parts given no response when ask for return phones calls on top of that starting problems with the bike I am seriously considering returning the said bike back to you under the 30 days faulty goods act.For a supposedly professional company I find it very unprofessional and would be very reluctant to use you again.

Great Experience, Highly Recommend

Arrived on Saturday, no booking. The showroom was very busy and all the sales personnel were very busy. Phil Sterry from the Service department came over and showed me round. Moved bike so I could sit on them. I was very impressed with Phil and returned on the following Tuesday and bought a new motorcycle. Matt and Adrian were very helpful in the sale, both were extremely knowledgeable and assisted me with the extras. Phil was the major factor why I went with D Lovett, thank you Phil.

Poor customer experience

I booked a test drive for a used ipace. I wanted to do it today (Friday) but the sales chap wasnt available but offered saturday first thing in the morning which wad fine for me. One of his colleagues sold it today to another customer. I am very disappointed. I will go elsewhere with a more reliable sales team.

Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience

I’m extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had with this dealership. I reserved a car through their website, only to be told afterwards that the vehicle had already been sold and the website hadn’t been updated. What’s particularly frustrating is that I had to chase this myself by calling the dealer. I would have expected them to contact me as soon as they realised the error.
Trying to move forward, I increased my budget by over £2,000 to consider alternative options that were listed online, but I was then informed that several of those vehicles were also not actually in stock. Even more concerning, many of these cars are still showing as available on the website, including the car I reserved, with the option to reserve or even proceed to purchase, which feels very misleading.
To make matters worse, I later found the dealership was closed for the bank holiday, yet there was no indication of this on their website or even on their phone system. This lack of basic communication is unacceptable, especially from a main dealer where you would expect a much higher standard of service.
Overall, a very poor and frustrating experience. I would not recommend relying on their website listings or availability without confirming everything multiple times.
I would like to thank Toby for his help trying to locate a car for me.

Nice experience

Nice experience. Test rode a couple of bikes. Received a fair price for PX. Collected new bike 10 days later. All staff friendly and accommodating. No pressure, very relaxed.
