We had our car serviced on Friday…
We had our car serviced on Friday 20/2/26 on a service plan. Service plus MOT the service took all day on picking the car up the MOT had not been done. We were given a date for the MOT 26/2/26 we were Promised the first place the promise in writing via email. Upon arrival we were told it would take all day. This company does not keep its promise I personally will never have any other dealings with them and if asked I will never recommend them.

I got three months warranty I phoned them and told them my front disks were scraping I travelled from Sheffield to Leeds for them to tell me it was a bit of rust one month later I took my car for a service and guess what I've had to replace my front disks I will never deal with this company again rip off merchants warrenty my arse.

Kind and respectful service - Ashton branch
We had excellent service from our salesperson Nick Hughes when we bought our new car at the Ashton branch in Manchester. He took the time to answer all of our questions and responded promptly to emails in between meetings. He was kind and patient and we felt he really listened to the needs of our family when suggesting cars. I was wary going into the process as a non expert but Nick quickly put us at ease. I particularly liked the fact that we felt under no pressure at any point in the process. Couldn’t recommend talking to him highly enough.

I bought a BYD Dolphin Surf from D.M Keith, BYD Bradford the service provided by Mohammad Nadir was excellent. His managers were also brilliant. I agreed a deal at the showroom but they contacted me with an even better and cheaper deal a few days later. No pressure selling and the car is by far the best I’ve had and I’ve had a few over the years. It’s my first EV and I love it. The after sales was also excellent, Mohammad went through the initial set up and I was good to go. He stayed in touch regularly checking in with me and making sure everything was running smoothly. I highly recommend them.

Recently purchased a car from the Leeds…
Recently purchased a car from the Leeds Branch and found the service I recieved outstanding. From initial contact to traveling to the show room, the experience was excellent.
My main point of contact was Lukasz who was extremely helpful (they even made a short video of the car before I travelled up as I live quite far away from the branch). Was very welcoming and walked me through the whole process from reserving the car to eventually completely the paperwok for the final purchase. Made me feel comfortable and looked after; which made me choose them as the place to purchase my car!

DiamondBrite problems
I bought a new Kia EV3 from DM Keith Doncaster.
I paid for DiamondBrite paint protection, but didn't get any paperwork or warranty for it, despite a number of email reminders and their promises over 3 weeks. When I eventually complained to head office in Leeds, the Doncaster manager immediately rang me and offered to do the application "again"...

Great People and buying experience
I bought a new Suzuki Vitara from DM Keith Ashton where the helpfulness of all the staff was amazing. I am disabled and everyone went out of their way to take their time with me and my mobility. Offered a coffee while chatting was a nice touch.
Lee Kennedy supported me through the buying process, being professional and knowledgeable it most importantly was genuine and personable in ensuring I bought the right car for my needs, within the budget I had but also keeping an eye on me getting value for money.
In short I cannot recommend DM Keith Suzuki Ashton enough. More importantly I recommend Lee Kennedy was your sales consultant of choice if you are looking for an unhurried, personable and professional individual to help and support you through your purchase.

Will never buy again!
Dangerous lane assist and tyre wear and other issues on my 74 plate SEAT Leon FR Sport that I purchased new in Sept 24. Having been to my local Seat dealer, Motor Vougue several times, today it was back, plus a 20k service.
They still can't find an issue, just check the tracking on the job card! This has been check and is fine.
Don't buy Seat or VAG products. Read reviews and you will find that there a loads of issues.
This is my first and last VAG vehicle and I regret ever buying the car form here!!!!
If you're going to buy junk, make sure it's cheaper, go chinese!

Great service again. Our third Skoda from DMKeith and from ordering some 6 months ago to delivery to us 300 miles away it was easy and faultless.
Excellent product Skoda now leads the field for SUVs-and our new vehicle is Hybrid.

No parking anywhere!!!!
I can’t really comment on the sales people but we went to the Wakefield branch with all intentions of buying a brand new car. Well we would have if we could have got parked there was no where at all to park even the disabled space had a car in with no blue badge. We couldn’t even park outside because of double yellow lines. We gave up in the end and went to Honda pleased to say we purchased a lovely new HRV

A VIP experience that felt like one
Today I visited DM Keith Grimsby for their VIP Guest event, and I wanted to share just how impressed I was. From the moment I received my lanyard and VIP pass, it felt like they genuinely wanted to make the experience special — and they absolutely delivered.
The showroom looked fantastic, with flags, banners, and pristine cars on display. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and offered a proper hot drink in a cup and saucer, which was a lovely touch.
I was then shown around by Paul, who took the time to ask what I actually wanted from a car. He wasn’t pushy, didn’t give me a scripted sales pitch, and treated me with real courtesy and respect — even when I mentioned I didn’t like one of the car colours. He listened, he understood, and he made me feel like my preferences genuinely mattered.
Given that my current car isn’t two years old until March, I wasn’t expecting anything more than a nice visit. But Paul surprised me with an offer on a new Kodiaq that I genuinely wasn’t prepared for. It threw me a little — in a good way — because the whole experience was far better than I expected.
Now I’ve got a decision to make: stick with the car I love driving, or take the opportunity to move into something new. Either way, today confirmed one thing for me: I’ll definitely be returning to DM Keith Grimsby.
