Forgotten online order...
Unfortunately my order was misplaced/forgotten.
It was not until I chased this up that I got a "Sorry" message and also to say that it was now being progressed.
The chair was finally delivered on 10th September, from an order placed on 26th August, so a 15-day period. Not quite acceptable but not a big problem. In the end a successful purchase.

Took ages for my item to arrive
Took ages for my item to arrive. Sent email asking when it would be delivered. No reply. Eventually delivered and postage bag was split in various places. Sent another email about the service. Once more no response. Won’t use again
UPDATE: I have since spoken with the retail manager, Sarah, who was very helpful and dealt with my complaint professionally. A refund has now been arranged, which I appreciate. While my original experience was disappointing, I wanted to update my review to acknowledge the excellent way the retail manager handled and resolved the matter

Great service
Great range of products and easy to order on line. After an initial problem with delivery Sarah their retail service manager was excellent in responding to this and getting the delivery sorted for us. The delivery team were great and took time to fully explaine how the recliner works. Would definitely use them again 😊

Fantastic service every time
Fantastic service every time. The manager lucie is so friendly, warm and welcoming and always makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into the shop. She really knows her job and nothing ever seems too much trouble. If there's a problem, she does everything she can to get it sorted quickly and makes the whole process so much easier. You can tell she genuinely cares about the people she helps. A lovely, inviting shop with brilliant customer service. Would definitely recommend!
