My 8 month old scooter has been…
My 8 month old scooter has been unusable for the past 3 weeks waiting for a part and then an engineer to visit.
Throughout that time I have phoned, chatted on line and visited my local [Doncaster] shop to try and find if the part has been ordered and when to expect the engineer. Each visit the agents have been unable to give me any information on how my repair is progressing. The attitude seems to be "it will be repaired when it will be repaired". What a dreadful company to deal with, Just not interested. So far I have missed a wedding and have now had to hire another scooter for our holiday starting 19th September in Scotland. The broken scooter is a lifeline on a daily basis for my wife to get around.
I will not be dealing with this company again and will advise others to stay away.
The communication from the company has been nil and it has been left to the customer to constantly chase for information and updates.
The buying process from the local shop was excellent, with good knowledge and recommendations for different products.
The repair and customer service from the company has been difficult and very unhelpful.

visited the Witham branch hull, greeted by Carl who was very friendly and helpful, explains all equipment we enquired about and costs.
Returned to purchase items and Carl was very helpful again, delivery of the items was when we requested delivery men set everything up and explained how to use them. Brilliant service provided by all employee's

Dean is an absolute credit to the company! Brought the Eden astrolite powerchair to my house to trial and was polite, punctual and courteous!! Answered all my questions and helped me pack up my old one to return!
Nick in the Middlesbrough store was also extremely helpful and my mom will love her walks in the chair now

Popped in today as I'd been messaging staff on Facebook about a powerchair I was interested in. Had a great visit with knowledgeable staff. Nick was good and chatty and my assistance dog was welcomed. So we placed an order and now hope the delivery is as smooth and professional.

I honestly didn’t know where to start…
I honestly didn’t know where to start when I needed to buy my new active-user wheelchair, so I contacted Eden Mobility in Scunthorpe. They sent Rob out to my home, and from that very first visit, I knew I was in good hands.
Rob took the time to really listen to everything I wanted and needed from my new chair. He carefully designed it with every little detail we had discussed, making sure it was exactly he right for me. He kept me updated throughout the whole process, which was incredibly reassuring.
When my chair was finally ready, Rob went above and beyond. As I was staying at my mum’s for a couple of days, he drove an incredible 110 miles from my home to deliver it to me there!
I honestly couldn’t be happier with my new chair. Rob just got everything right, and I can’t thank him enough for all his care, patience and attention to detail.
I would highly recommend Rob and Eden Mobility to anyone looking for a new wheelchair. If Rob is still there when I’m ready for my next one, he will absolutely be the only person I’d want to help me again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This company is great al selling you a scooter but once you have got it they treat you like something on the sole.of their shoe. Repairs don't happen
