This may seem like a very random message after all this time, but I'd just like to thank you for supplying us with a Larvik Monsoon shower back in 2016. Obviously some of the credit goes to us too for making a wise decision :-)

We have already had 8 years of trouble free showers with a family of 5..... that is a very conservative 20,000 showers and it still looks and works as good as new.

There are not many purchases in ones lifetime that carry zero regrets..... this was one of those good decisions.

This is why:

Now the kids are flying the nest and when eventually we move house, another Eden shower will be a first purchase - 100%.

I have to state from the outset this is a top flight company , website is good and selection of products is excellent.
When we rang them for some advice, the knowledge of the products they sell inspired confidence .The Customer service skills and customer engagement was of the highest standard .

Due to this we then visited them and they showed us all the different showers and options available , again customer engagement at a very high standard.
We then ordered our shower , it was delivered as promised they even took it upstairs for us .

The shower is now in situ in our newly re vamped en suite and it looks stunning and a great shower is had every morning , it has two shower heads a rain shower and normal spray head .

I would totally recommend this company without hesitation , and a big thank you to the team and a special mention for Kelly for answering all our questions

Such a great company to deal with. I bought 6 of their Larvik 1200x800 shower cabins about 5 years ago. They have been perfect, not one leak or problem in all that time. A small issue arose yesterday, and I needed a replacement part (customer damaged a shower, not Edens fault at all).
The service I received went far beyond what I expected, friendly, knowledgeable and extremely good value.
I cannot recommend the company or their products highly enough!

We purchased a steam shower cubicle from Eden in 2019 and was extremely impressed with the service and the product. After a couple of years, the steamer started acting up. No problem said Kelly. New one posted to me. No charge. Just this week, the bracket on the shower rail broke and after a call, no problem said Kelly, i'll post the part tomorrow, (Friday). It just arrived, 24 hours later. Oh I forgot, no charge said Kelly. Eden are so good from product to service to after sales service. In this day and age, a rarity. Thank you Kelly and a Merry Christmas to you and your team. Having had a narrow escape with a very shoddy Chinese sauna/steam shower from another company beginning with "I", which was rejected and refunded, we purchased the Frog Larvik Square Steam Shower unit from Eden after a very helpful call with Kelly, who gave us a lot of useful information. Just wished we had found them first!!! He checked the one we wanted was in stock, reserved it for a low deposit and we were kept informed of the delivery process at every stage. He went the extra mile to make sure we did not have any more delays in finishing our bathroom after all the problems we'd had. When the delivery came early on the morning promised (fitting was that day), the driver Nick from Cheshire Removals was lovely and put it into the spare room next to the bathroom so none of this kerbside nonsense! The difference in build quality, design and performance between this and the one we returned to "I" is like day and night, as is the customer service from the company. The monsoon overhead shower and hand-held shower are both really powerful and the steam is amazing. Doors roll well and are easy to operate, closing tightly with a good magnetic closure. A lot of thought has gone into the design and our fitters were well impressed with it. The only small issue we had on a personal note is that with positional vertigo, the little alcove shelf is too low to bend up and down safely, but we found that the OXO Good Grips corner caddy fits brilliantly into the right hand corner without getting in the way of the door, so we have shelves and soap dish at waist level. Unlike cheaper ones it is not a tension pole but simply clamps into place so there is no strain on the cabinet itself. This might be useful information for others with similar issues. Very happy with this steam shower and highly recommend Eden.

I have purchased two showers from Eden over the last 15 years. As well as the units being exceptional quality, the service received from the organisation has been impressive, particularly after sales. I had the misfortune to knock and damage a monsoon shower head. A quick call to Kelly has resolved that, even though my purchase was over 7 years ago. I would thoroughly recommend Eden Steam Showers who take great pride in looking after their customers.

We purchased the Oslo Shower Cabin on 7th January 2023 and were told it would be delivered on Monday 9th January 2023, it eventually arrived at about 22.00 on 12th January 2023.
We had the unit installed by a professional bathroom fitter/plumber who followed the extremely poor pictorial installation instructions, in the attached paperwork it stated "In no circumstances should any silicone be applied inside the cabin". We operated the shower the first time and water leaked through the hole in the tray where the two studs are required to bolt the frame to the tray.
In order to prevent this happening to others, I have asked the supplier to stipulate in the installation instructions to ensure that these holes are sealed not only by the washers under the tray but also around the tops.
Take care with the installation, it's not as easy as it sounds or looks.

Tremendous service from Eden Showers. I needed 2 replacement top rollers and the top part of the shower trap and not only has Kelly responded quickly to this request but there will be no charge even though I offered to pay.

I've brought the quadrant shower and love it. The first timevin years that I don't have to keep checking the ceiling to make sure that no leaks cone through. Lovely having the radio on in the actual shower unit. Just note that your shower pump may need to changing to take unto account the all singing extras monsoon shower etc.

Brought a larvik shower enclosure 18 months ago, great experience, kept me updated throughout and a briliant product, easy to put together, really pleased with it. Today I fell against the door and damaged the two rollers for one of the sliding doors,totally my fault. I rang them up and spoke to a very helpful customer advisor, they're popping a couple of new rollers in the post to me today, no quibble and at no extra cost, such amazing customer service by an excellent company. No hesitation in recommending them.

Over the years we have purchased 3 steam showers from Eden. Our first we had for about ten years, our 2nd, we've had for about 4 years and most recently we purchased one for our daughter. I couldn't praise Eden enough. Their service is exemplary and the product is great even though the water we have in Hertfordshire is harder than Vinnie Jones! Most recently I called them for a replacement rain shower head and it arrived within a couple of days!

Excellent service from start to finish ! We are very pleased with our quarant shower,if you are a confident DIY person this is quite to install have had no issues with it at all would recommend this company

Equipment: 4 years ago we bought from Eden a Larvik 1000 Quadrant Steam Shower. It is the best shower/sauna we have ever had. Used daily as a shower and at least 3 times a week as a sauna. Also comes with Overhead shower as well as ordinary version and different light settings and Bluetooth speakers from which you can use your phone to play any radio or personal playlist. Came with a nice looking yet substantial stool for use if sitting in the shower/sauna. All the equipment was solid yet elegant.

Delivery :-Delivered on time which was crucial as we were having all the bathroom upgraded.

Fitting- We had an experienced plumber working on the shower. He had a couple of questions he needed checking on whilst fitting. One call to the technical department and he was talked through what needed resolving.

After Sales:- Last week, our 4 year old shower head started distributing the water unevenly. When we looked inside the head the rubber lining had started perishing. I emailed and offered to buy a new shower head. No Problem..... Kelly immediately sent me a new shower head free of charge......I call that good service.

I don't usually post reviews however Eden Steam Showers really do deserve it.

Not only are their products excellent but more importantly their attention to customer service is some of the best I've experienced.

We have had one of their steam showers for some years now and Eden have always been helpful when I have needed advice or parts. Nothing is too much bother for them always there to answer a question or provide advice and as honest as the day is long.

Purchased 1@ 900x900 quadrant and 1@ 1200x900 shower.

Positives
1. Quality of materials overall is very good.
2. Integral seals work very well.
3. Customisable fittings and interiors is very helpful.
4. Removable skirts are a great idea and very helpful for levelling purposes.
5. These shower cabins are substantial.

Negatives.
1. One box arrived in bad condition, with two guide rails scratched, but were replaced as quickly as possible with no fuss.
2. The flexible waste supplied has a standard 40mm screw fixing at one end and a spigot at the other end. The spigot size did not match UK sizes with the exception of one straight coupler manufactured by Mcalpine (T28M), a compression fitting which is just about compatible with the spigot, but not a precise fit.

The quality of the pipe is not very good. It’s constructed of a fairly stiff plastic which is prone to cracking. So you have to be very careful with expanding and contracting the pipe to fit your drainage system. Ours split, but was replaced very quickly by the company.

3. The opaque glass screens bolt to the centre panel. Five bolts per side at approx 500mm centres. The edges butt up tightly at the point of the bolts but stay slightly apart from one bolt to the next and the joint looks a little wavey to the eye. However the integral seals do their job.

Overall I do recommend these showers for their design, flexibility and construction, but you will need to be careful in the assembly. The minimalist assembly diagrams are supported by helpful notes, but you’ll need to be a competent and experienced DIY’er to take these on, or get a fitting service in.

Purchased start of 2019 one of the Larvik shower cabins as totally fed up with constant battle with grout discolouring and silicone getting black spots on it and then needing replacing in shower area (despite using mould free versions). Have to say just over 3 years on the shower cabin looks as good as new…only maintenance needed (as hard water area), is periodic glass cleaning with limescale cleaner. Would highly recommend the shower cabins from Eden…if you can go and visit showroom in person as the original model I was going to purchase was a little small inside so ended up going for a quadrant version that had a greater internal size for not much more of a footprint..also you get great advice from the team there too.

Eden Steam Showers have given me excellent service overthe last 5 years and their backup is fast and efficient. I recommend this company.

I am so impressed with this company. Kelly, Phil and Nick. I visited the showroom in Chobham - Kelly was incredibly helpful and we picked out the perfect shower for my bathroom refit while my 10 month old puppy played with Phil in the office - thanks Phil. I paid a small deposit - the shower was in stock a week or so later - I had a call to let me know it was there and asked when I would like it delivered. Nick delivered it yesterday - now for the fitting.
This company is very professional, knowledgeable and efficient - really pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Excellent company, great showers! Had my Larvik steam shower since 2014. They have been very helpful with a couple of minor wear and tear issues.

Recently the thermostat valve wasn't working, they sent me a new one (at reasonable cost) and talked me through fitting it over the phone. Thank you Phil and team, outstanding service!

Brought a steam shower from Eden steam showers and was very happy with the service!
The product on the otherhand was not so good!!!!
Got a lot for your money! Bluetooth, shower attachments, led lights, radio water jets. Extractor fan built in. I did worry how well built or how long this would last!
After a couple of steams I noticed that the unit leaked steam from many joins so I fixed them with a high heat silicone. Then the seals on the doors leaked so put thicker seals on. Then the steam generator kept stopping so rang eden steam showers up and they said the waste is most likely blocked so checked that out, all was fine! But then steam started working again. After a few more months, once the guarantee ran out the steam stopped working again. (I only use the steamer once every couple of weeks or less) so rang Eden up and they wanted me to pay over £120 plus shipping for them to send a replacement steam generator out to me, in which I needed to fix and install myself!!! I was not happy with this so I'm left without a working steam shower unless I pay. Should have went with the better, more expensive brand as I knew this unit wasn't going to last long.
Sad really because the service is very good but the products are not built well and won't last!!!
