Fab customer service, both on delivery and 2 years later when a part was needed.

So easy to have, and no tiling needed. The steam function comes into its own along with some eucalyptus oil when I get a cold.

We've had a Larvik shower cabinet for 5 years now and had to request replacement door runner parts on two occasions.
Very quick,professional and above all hassle free service on both occasions.
Highly recommend.

We ordered a larvik monsoon 900x1200 offset quadrant shower cabin,we visited the showroom to try out the various units.The buying experience was wonderful and our cabin arrived safely in the time frame quoted.Assembly was straight forward and we now enjoy a lovely mould free shower-no more heavy duty cleaning! We love our cabin so much we have just ordered an 800x800 larvik monsoon quadrant to match our existing unit for our guest bathroom.If you require a shower cabin I highly recommend Eden Steam Showers-10/10 keep up the good work.

Purchased a Quadrant shower Five years ago, a larvik frog unit.
best shower I have ever used.Always look forward to coming home to use it.
If you are handy you can install yourself it is freestanding and silicone free.
just last week I decided to fit a lid on the unit contacted Kelly who said he would sort me one out received 3days later fitted within the hour . It has made it even better.

Bought a shower from Eden and it is the best shower I have EVER had. So easy to put together and delivery was really quick. We bought the monsoon top curved shower with the steamer add on and its brilliant, sitting in the steamer with the led's on and music playing is so relaxing! Customer service from Eden is also second to none, if you have any problems just contact them and they will resolve it for you without any quibbles. If you are considering buying a shower from anywhere else, then don't, buy it from here and you will not be disappointed!

8 years ago i purchased a steam shower room from Eden ( best buy we ever made for the home ) the service then was fantastic with it having to be shipped to Northern Ireland.
Last week i accidentally broke the debris trap & chrome cover so i made a call to Eden to buy replacements was told they would check in their warehouse three days later the parts arrived in the post marked no charge.
NOW THATS WHAT I CALL AFTER ( 8 YEARS ) SALES SERVICE

2 years down the line and another small issue arose. I phoned and spoke to Carrie, 2 days later the replacement parts have arrived.

I love this shower it does all it says on the tin and having used it for almost a year now I can say it stays in great shape and I'm even happier now than when I bought it. The material quality is great.

I had the optional " lid " for the shower and this really sets off the look of the shower / gives a sense of completeness but best of all the lid keeps the moisture inside the shower cubicle rather than allowing loads of steam to condense on the wall tiles of the room like I had before when a bath was installed - worth thinking about when buying as my room now stays almost perfectly dry at all times and of course the rest of the house benefits from this too.

I installed it myself and did the plumbing, the instructions were just fine and all worked out well.

I met Kelly the business owner at the shop and he is a gentleman who explains all and gives assurance when required without any " sell " preferring the product to speak for itself, once you've seen showers in other shops you get to see what he means.

Initially my wife was sceptical ( she is of everything and everybody ) so I decided to drive her from our home in South Wales to the shop in London
to view which was a trip of 160 miles each way - we'd seen lots of showers locally without that satisfied feel.
However once viewed and having discussed the product with Kelly we placed an order there and then and have never regretted it. My wife is a convert and recommends it at every opportunity.

So I guess you've picked up on the fact I / we love the shower, too true and I'm sure you will when you get yours.

Finally dont forget the no mastic and no leaks aspect as it is no small thing for apart from being true it gives a wonderful feeling of confidence.

I had previously bought another shower pod from a different company and had come to terms with its issues, specifically drilling into the base and silicone sealant. With this shower from Eden there was no need for either (providing you dont follow the instructions to the letter) and so far it is much more successful. I would never drill into the base again of this type of shower. Sure it secures the walls to the base....but its so heavy there are plenty of alternatives (like securing it to the wall) And the other big plus is that it is specifically designed to keep the water inside the base by leaving drainage gaps under the walls.

Delivery was also excellent btw.

Worth the little bit more money for a better product.

The steam feature is really efficient & very relaxing.

We bought a larvik steam shower 6 months ago. I strongly recommend this company and their showers. After buying a model from a competitor that failed miserably after a few weeks I was understandably worried about this type of thing. However, after a phone call and visit to the Eden showroom, I was really impressed with the quality of the cabin and fixings and their technical knowledge. The cabin is robustly built and easy to use. A lot of thought has been put into the design. We've had no problems and it runs perfectly. They even followed up with a courtesy call. Great, friendly and honest service. I'm so glad we got it. My life is so much easier!

We decided on the Larvik Rectangular (700 x 900) cabin for our narrow bathroom, rather than a conventional cubicle with tiling and we have been more than pleased with the result. The assembly was straightforward, so we could use the shower within a day; the unit itself looks very smart and the seals keep all the moisture and heat inside, so the room doesn't fill with steam. We would recommend this product to anyone.

I purchased the Modena 1000 steam shower and installed it in 2012.
Ordering and delivery was excellent with superb communication.
The shower is first class and the quality of finish is still "like new" today 2017 five years later.
