Eden Steam Showers Avis 

We purchased a steam shower from Eden in August 2019 and were very very pleased with it. We started experiencing intermittent steam early in the year and spoke to a sales person who explained the cause. Finally it went altogether. I spoke with Kelly Bruce the owner and what a wonderful response. The whole steam side of the cabinet was replaced foc and posted to me without any qualms. This is a company that deserves to succeed. Customer to them is King.

Excellent steam cabinet and after care from the Eden Steam Shower company.
We have the Larvik Square/Rectangular Standard steam cabinet and can honestly say this is the best.
We have had many cabinets over the years but the build quality on this one is outstanding.
The amazing silicone free cabinet saves having unsightly silicone or the need to replace it and is completely leak proof.
This is a great company.

We purchased a Milan steam shower over 10 years ago from Eden and the unit has been faultless over this period. Last week I contacted them as one of the door runner wheels had broken in the hope that they could supply me a replacement. I was so pleased when not only did they have these in stock but received them the next day on in the post.
During my conversation when ordering these I mentioned that I would like to replace the sealing strips between the glass and the shower central and side sections. The lady who was dealing with my enquiry informed me that she would look in to this for me and contact me to advise on the correct parts. To my surprise I received these in the post free of charge.
There are very few Companies in life that offer excellent customer service like this.
If you are thinking on purchasing a steam shower then I would 100% suggest your make a visit to Eden your number 1 priority.

I bought a Larvic Monsoon shower three years ago after a trip from Norfolk to the showroom. I installed it myself, it was not the easiest thing to do but if you are patient and follow the instructions it is well worth the effort. It has been brilliant to own and use, I have had a couple of small issues, mainly with door rollers and the after sales service is excellent. Highly recommend this company, I do not usually do reviews.

After storing my Larvik shower pod in its boxes in the spare bedroom since last year (lockdowns got in the way of fitting), finally about a week ago, finally it was fitted. OMG, the shower is amazing, both in performance and looks. As advertised, not a spot of sealant is required, and no water getting out. Eden showers were great to deal with and knowledgeable about the product they sell. It is worth the journey to their showroom to see them. The 1200mm x 800mm quadrant (monsoon without steam) is just right size for our bathroom, but they are tall and imposing, so make sure you measure the floor area and imagine it there as it is around 2m tall. But whichever size and shape you choose, I am sure you won't be disappointed. One other thing, we suffered years of issues with normal showers, at last a solution!!...Thank you Eden!

Five star review for a great shower from a great company with a personal touch in customer relations. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Eden and their Larvik showers.
Sorry for a long review, but i feel it would be helpful to raise issues i have encountered with other steam showers and companies to help you make a decision.
I needed a shower to replace a first generation steam shower that i purchased over 14 years ago for a small onsuite.
Having previously purchased a badly designed shower, i had first hand knowledge of the pitfalls and problems that can arise during both installation and subsequent use.
My last shower was screwed and bolted together using messy silicon which sat on top of a integral shower tub. Needless to say over the years this leaked and the silicon became ingrained with mold and mildew which when cleaned with bathroom cleaner stripped the paint and laquer off the frame.
Access to the underneath of the tray also proved extremely difficult as the shower needed to be pulled out completely for access to the drain and to inspect for leaks.
To put it simply , i needed a shower for a confined space that would allow for above ground drainage which would drain out along the wall to the left of the shower.
I spoke to both Aqualux and insignia who didn't offer me any helpful advice to get round my problem other than to say that drilling or cutting the tray on their showers would invalidate any warranty and that the legs on there showers would also obstruct side drainage in any case, therefore their showers would not be suitable for me.
I came across Eden Steam showers online and read their reviews on trust pilot.
I then spoke with Kelly on the telephone and queried the issue with the drain. He offered me the right advice and informed me that because Eden showers use a shallow trap and skirt around the tray this would not be a problem and the skirt can be readily cut with a hole saw in either cormer to allow the drain to pass through leaving the tray intact.
With little experience and by following the youtube video of the build process, the shower was in and fully watertight within 3 hours and as Kelly said, the drain issue was simple to overcome with a quick cut with a hole saw in the skirt and the shower sat perfectly.
The use of rubber seals and a shower tray with upstands means a quick clean build with no messy silicon and little chance of leaking.
The fact the front skirt detaches was also a god send when plumbing in the shower as you can also work from underneath and easily inspect for leaks, something you cant do with other makes of steam shower with integral trays in a confined space.
In terms of using the shower i couldnt be more happy. The sleek unfussy design is easy to operate and also keep clean.
My last shower had foot massagers and other extras which often look good to the uninitiated but quickly become unused harbours of mould and mildew.
The use of anodised aluminium profiles is also reassuring meaning no more issues with peeling or blistering paintwork and laquer if you use a strong bathroom cleaner, which shouldnt be needed as there is no silicone to accumulate mould and mildew.
In short, dont purchase a shower the uses silicon in the build process or one with an integral shower tray, especially if its for a smaller room like an ensuite.

First class service from Kelly and Carrie! Great help from start to finish, even called Kelly on Sunday morning to make sure screwing into the shower tray was correct! Agree instructions are not good if a 1st time DIYer is installing but it’s all fairly intuitive! One improvement from me is to provide angled tap connectors for the rear shower bar connections so you can slide the unit closer to the wall... I bought some myself for £3. Shower looks and works great!

Assembly takes patience and care, but it was really helpful to be able to watch Eden's YouTube videos alongside the instructions.

The finished shower (larvik quadrant with monsoon and jets) is stunning, and an absolute game changer. The monsoon is stunning.

Cleaning is a breeze, and not having to EVER worry about grouting is reason to purchase on its own.

I'd recommend Eden and the Larvik to friends or family, and wouldn't hesitate to buy again if we moved.

Just completed my downstairs shower room and fitted a larvik quadrant with monsoon head, the build was a little tricky, as it was fitted and installed in a very tight space with not much room to get around it, so constantly had to move or turn it during construction. It was time consuming, but well worth it as the build quality and design is fantastic and I could not be happier

The shower was delivered a day later than arranged (which the company deny).
It was poorly designed and difficult to assembly with the instructions being of no help. We had to use Youtube to get the help we needed. Initially the shower leaked through the drain and the panels did not fit properly against each other. After tightening the drain fitting the leak stopped. To make the panels fit properly we had to strip the enclosure apart and drill the bolt holes bigger to allow some 'play' so that they would match and we also had to cut some rubber off the seals. There were no folded seals as the company had suggested. This is not what I expect from an £800 shower.
When I spoke to the company I was told that this occasionally happens and was offered either a full refund or £50 compensation. The compensation offer was withdrawn when I said that I would leave this review. A refund was not acceptable because that would have left me without a shower and another bill for someone to help me fit another one.

Just finished the installation of a Frog larvik 900 x 900 quadrant shower from Eden Steam Showers. The whole process has been second to none.
From ordering to delivery, great communication and very friendly staff at the office, and delivery driver Nick who was out until late Sunday.
Oh, and the shower is fantastic! easy installation and good quality components.

Bought the frog larvic steam shower cabin from Eden 6 years ago, never had a single problem with leaks or anything,
Contacted Kelly from Eden showers to try source replacement rainfall head as obviously with anything things wear .
I offered to pay for a new head as shower is no longer guaranteed but Kelly said she would post me one out free of charge, arrived 2 days later .. fantastic Eden your customer after sales service is a breath of fresh air ..
Anybody thinking of getting a new shower Eden is the place to go .

Just finished installing the second shower from this company. The quality is still as good as it was a couple of years ago when I did the first one for my daughter, so I'm glad I chose this company again. I ordered it just as the problems started with imports at the docks etc. dur to Brexit, but Kelly and Carrie kept us updated at every opportunity and even managed to get the couriers to detour to make sure we got delivery as quickly as humanly possible (My thanks to those guys) The customer service from this company is second to non. Wish there were more businesses like them ! We would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thanks guys !

A few years ago I bought a shower cubicle from Eden showers and I'm so glad I did. Its never leaked once and it still looks amazing. However recently I experienced a problem. One of the top rollers on the door had broken and needed replacing. So I rang eden and to my surprise I got straight through to a polite lady who after hearing my problem sent me 4 replacement parts for free! they arrived next day. Ive been more than happy with my eden shower its one of the wisest purchases I've made. Its saved me a fortune in tiling and plasterers as my old shower would leak annually involving expensive tradesman who all promised you won't need this doing again. Eden are the one company that kept that promise. In my opinion the way to judge a company isn't just the quality of their produce but how they treat you when things go wrong. In edens case they where a joy to deal with . Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I cant rate them highly enough. If your thinking about using them. Dont think anymore just get one !

I bought an offset quadrant conventional shower cubicle from Eden and it's the best cubicle I have ever bought , Its leak free , mastic free , and above all black mould free . Highly recommended

I bought my Larvik Offset Monsoon shower from Eden 3 years ago. Over time the monsoon shower head degraded as is expected. I contacted the company for a replacement and they were amazing. They sent a new head free of charge (this is after 3 years) and it arrived in 1st class post within two days.
Truly awesome customer service.

We looked for a shower cabin to replace an old aqua plus one, that we had, had for a few years. we decided to travel from Leeds to the showroom as we felt paying for the shower without seeing the quality was a bit of a risk. Well, we were not disappointed, all the shower cabins are of an excellent quality. We bought a larvik rectangular cabin with a roof. We were even able to bring it back home with us ( good timing and excellent customer service ). We followed the instructions step by step and by tea-time had a beautiful new shower installed in our bathroom.
It looks amazing and is so easy to keep clean, so much easier than our old aqua plus shower.
If you are looking for a leakproof shower cabin, Eden is the place to go.

I bought a Larvik shower cabinet 3 years ago and I must say that Eden are simply the best company I have dealt with as regards after sales service. On the infrequent occasions I have had to contact them, on one or two minor issues, they are invariably always polite and extremely helpful.
I very rarely recommend companies but I have no hesitation in making an exception for Eden Steam Showers.
