Eden Steam Showers Avis 

When I was looking to purchase my first steam shower I carried out lots of research as many of the companies offering these products didn't look reputable enough to give me confidence that I would receive the product as advertised or that they would offer a good enough aftersales care if anything went wrong.

I came across Eden Steam Showers, rang one of their existing customers on one of the Scottish Islands, with peat water I might add, they couldn't give this company enough praise, so much in fact that I wondered if they were part owners of the business. Anyway I went ahead and purchased the steam shower and I have to say, Eden Steam Showers have exceed my expectations by a long way. Brilliant service, honest and really on the ball. Many companies could learn a lesson from Kelly as to what looking after your customers really means. I've just purchased my second steam shower.

We have had the steam shower for two years now and the whole family love it.
It's easy to clean, retains all the water and steam thanks to the seals and the lip around the basin and still looks as good as when it was bought.
Have had to replace the rubber door stops as one member of the family is heavy handed when opening and closing the doors (just as well the glass is toughened) but Kelly has sent them quickly and for free through the post so cannot fault the company at all.
Would I recommend this company and product?
Yes I would, 100%. Researched a lot of companies and products before choosing Eden Steam Showers, yes there are cheaper brands on the market and also dearer ones but the shower fitted our exact requirements and price range with a clean, clutter free stylish interior, silicone free fitting, good reviews online and discussed with Kelly any questions we had about the product.
We were unable to travel to Cobham, as we live in Scotland, to view the shower in 'real time'. We had visited other makers showrooms locally and some of their build quality wasn't that great for the price asked, but when the Larvik unit arrived the quality and materials used were of a high standard, also it arrived on the date and time agreed as Kelly had stored it for us until my bathroom build was near completion and it was very well packaged.
Look forward to many years of use from the shower.

BOUGHT THE ATENA STEAM SHOWER AND ALTHOUGH ONLY USED IT ONCE SO FAR AS IT WAS ONLY INSTALLED YESTERDAY, FOUND IT TO BE OF FANTASTIC QUALITY, FITTINGS, GLASS, LOOKS, IT HAS IT ALL, STEAM WAS AMAZING AND SO WAS THE SHOWER, IF I COULD FAULT IT, WOULD SAY THAT THE STEAM IS A BIT NOISY AND THE INSTRUCTIONS TO OPERATE COULD BE A BIT MORE SIMPLE FOR THE GOLDEN OLDIES, OUR PLUMBER FOUND NO PROBLEM IN PUTTING IT TOGETHER AND I MUST SAY IT LOOKS FANTASTIC EVEN DOWN TO THE LITTLE "GUTTER" ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR TO STOP DRIPS WHEN YOU OPEN THE DOOR. EDEN DELIVERED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND EVERYTHING ARRIVED IN TACT, FOUND KELLY TO BE VERY HELPFUL, WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I purchased a Sofina Steam Shower from Eden Steam Showers. I was able to
pay a deposit and they stored the shower until I was ready to get it fitted
in my new bathroom. I received fantastic service and would not hesitate in
recommending them. My shower looks terrific and is a joy to use.

Having looked at loads of showers online we visited Eden Showers and chose the Larvik 900 quadrant steam shower. Having installed the shower we are over the moon with it. The lip around the tray is a fantastic idea for retaining the water instead of having to seal the bottom of the frame with mastic like some others. The overall design is elegant, with minimal joints and waterproof seals pre-fitted, that building is straight forward and worry free. A simple yet effective design.

I bought a Larvik Quadrant shower from Eden Steam Showers, they make a song & dance about the quality of their showers, and their customer service, neither of which I am impressed with.
The quality of the shower enclosure is only average, but the building instructions are rubbish. I have already replaced the supplied mixer bar for a better quality one. Secondly, the magnetic strips on the doors, to keep them closed, were very weak, & I needed to hold them closed with elastic. I contacted Eden Steam Showers, who said they would send me replacements, 4 Months Later...nothing. I have re-contacted them, and eventually the replacements arrived today, over 4 months late, not what I would call good customer service, I just hope nothing else goes wrong!
