Excellent customer service and approach to solving problems.
I ordered something to be delivered to the primary school which I work in. There are a few schools in the locality and unfortunately it was delivered to the wrong place by the DPD driver HOWEVER I would not hesitate to use Findel again given how amazing their agent Lucy Clarke was in helping me remedy this.
DPD let themselves down in terms of their customer service and resolving the issue, however Lucy was so, so helpful in making sure I received my package within days of the original delivery. She kept in touch, was understanding, looked into my issue right away and it was good to feel someone had my back in this.
From looking at other reviews, it appears that others have really appreciated the service agents so, a final thank you again for all your help - you've made things so much easier for us!

Excellent customer service
We had previously had problems with our orders being delivered by DPD, they were trying to deliver out of hours even though they knew we were a nursery. When I made Findel aware of these problems Nicola Dinsdale took personal ownership of our orders making sure they were delivered when DPD said they would be. She kept me informed advising that it was one particular driver that seemed to be causing the problems and that he had been spoken to management. She even organised a test delivery which was free of charge to make sure it was delivered on time which it was. She was very efficient and can't thank her enough for the help and service she has given us.

An excellent company to deal with
An excellent company to deal with. Although we only purchased wash bottles, they were delivered promptly and in excellent condition. It took just 1 e mail to obtain a VAT invoice. We will defiantly be using Findel again.

My order from Findel was low value but this made no difference as I was treated like any other customer. The delivery driver had a problem finding our site so I had a couple of non-delivery of my item. Customer Service were on the case straight away, contacting the courier. Both the courier & Customer Service communicated with me until the delivery was received. I can't fault their customer service & I was happy with what I had ordered.

Emailed Findel asking for invoice and they replied within 10 minutes with the email attached. Very quick, school has ordered from the company for years and have never had any issues with products or service.

Be Aware
Be Aware! I am an electrician that got called out to a school where an assistant received an electric shock from a plug that Findel had supplied. To start off with they were very helpful and wanted the plugs returned to them so they could investigate. They said they would do an investigation and respond to us asap. They will not respond to the school or myself and are totally ignoring us! Trying to cover something up Findel?? Are these plugs still in circulation in other schools? Not a very helpful company. Beware!

When setting up the school account, I had omitted to write the school's name and the Director's. I emailed Findel and within a few minutes a lovely lady by the name of Leigha P, quickly resolved the issue and confirm it by return email.

Our School has been ordering from Findel Education for quite a while now and have found this company has amazing Customer Service, they have high quality products and fair prices. Deivery, even for us who are based in a remote area, is fairly quick as well. Have never had an issue with them and would recommend them 100%
