It was delivered on time, came wrapped so could decide when to unpack (no rain).
Good size logs and burn well.
It would have been good if they could come in smaller van so they could get up my driveway as I had to unpack and move twice.

Another decent load of firewood
Ease of ordering, availability of delivery slots and a decent product. I have ordered from Firewood Express a number of times and I know what to expect. The logs are the same basic lenght but vary in width which is ideal for getting a fire going and maintaining it.

They boasted on their website that over 90% of their deliveries are completed on the date requested, and then delivered the wood 24 hours after they said they would.

I am sorry your delivery did not arrive on the requested date. On our website it states that the delivery date picked is a guide not a guarantee and unfortunately the couriers had not been able to deliver on the date you requested. We had been in contact with you to let you know when your delivery would arrive and to figure out alternative options when it was delayed.

Good quality wood sold at a fair price. Also a discount for the older customer which is greatly appreciated in this current day of ever increasing price rises.
