Having hit a bit of a rough patch, I needed some breathing space to allow me time to sort alot of stuff out, personally & financially. I was feeling dread, vulnerable & anxious, having never been in a position to need help with my finances before. Mandala was very empathetic to my situation, which I really appreciated. She listened, she wasn't judgemental & gave me options on how I WANTED to proceed, what option suited ME. I didn't feel rushed, but neither was it a long & drawn out process. A truly excellent service & I'm so pleased I took the step to reach out for support because it's not easy! I feel a weight off already just knowing this is on the back burner for now & to be revisited when I'min a position to resume normality. Over two hours waiting to be dealt with . Fobbed off with rubbish explanations such as ‘that’s the way it is’
Never resolved . Got hung up on three times . Eventually got some form of an explanation in the form of ‘ we operate a number of different brands . The system parked my balance transfer with ‘marbles’ although I had no interaction with marbles . My account was setup with fluid . Generally rubbish and no transparency
