Fountain Filters Avis 

We have used Fountain Filters for about 7/8 years now. Usually fitting the new one each year goes according to plan only once can I remember having trouble, after a quick call a suggestion was made and all worked out well. Very efficient when ordering, advice freely given and punctual delivery of parts. (Please don’t retire we need you)🤞🤞🤞

I ordered a Pearl-B replacement filter cartridge which cam very quickly and very well wrapped. Excellent service as always.

Simon is really knowledgable, and specified a suitable solution for my house.
So glad I found them as the original solution from a different supplier would not of fitted and taken up much more room.
I can drink water from any tap now, knowing that it is clean and drinkable and no more salt blocks or tablets and no moving parts whatsoever, and it removes a lot of the other rubbish which is in our water.
Needed to order the big filter, Simon explained that they get the replacement filters directly from the manufacturer and not via the USA otherwise it would cost £200+.

Rang Fountain Filters before I ordered to understand what connections I needed. Simon was helpful and explained my options, even though he was on holiday at the time.

Always great service and great filters. We have used Fountain Filters for years since moving into our old farmhouse.

I requested express delivery, 'cos our drinking water tap had broken off and we were about to host a large party in a few days (our ruby wedding actually). However, at the top of the order confirmation was a message saying "No-one's in until Friday..." (our party was on the Saturday).

Before Friday, I got a message from Lou saying she'd dispatch it as soon as she returned on Fri, and it duly turned up a few hours before the party.

She also pointed out that she had made sure her message about being away was shown on their shopping cart page, so I accept it was as much my fault for not noticing.

Altho' I didn't actually get it fitted in time for the party, it wasn't Fountain Filters' fault (the previous tap was stuck fast and hard to remove).So I'm still giving 5 stars.

The tap itself is now fitted and working well. Very nice, with the long reach I needed.

This was my first order of Water-to-Go filters from Fountain Filters for our walk in Spain at the end of the month. For our preparation, I needed the filters asap. Fountain Filters spotted an error with my order being a wrong email address which they corrected and still assisted with a payment issue. Their readiness to help me correct this so they could get the order out quickly was so appreciated. Despite my errors, they still got my order out today without delay.

There customer service really did impress me and I would not hesitate to use them again. I trust you will find this review helpful enough to use them too.

Worst service, no tasty water, Weaste of time, new one better

I ordered a replacement drinking water tap after ours was damaged. Our order arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. It was important for us to receive the order as soon as possible because we were using bottled water in the meantime. I would highly recommend this company.

I would thoroughly recommend this company. They were so helpful arranging for my kitchen tap to arrive on a specified day (it was ordered whilst abroad) . And the tap arrived on time well packed and in perfect condition. It looks great and is a beautiful addition to my kitchen.
