they changed the website so i cant delete my messages and i now see sold guns instead of new ones.
if its my messages and my history i should be able to delete it.
then i get a bank statement from boats and outboards not gunstar or the good friday group.
people i talk to seem incapable of giving a direct answer to any question.

Managed to sell 4 guns in the last 6 months on Gunstar.
Even had an enquiry from the US. so there’s a broad catchment area of customers, buyers and sellers. Gunstar is also cost effective, with up to 90 days listing for less than £20. Amending / editing the add is also straight forward easy, whether it’s text or photos. And, if there’s an issue, you get to make contact with a real person at G’star. And as a buyer, I’ve found some good deals. Site is very easy to use and navigate through.

i had a few issues with placing an advert and i paid for the wrong thing. helpdesk sorted it out in no time at all. excellent feedback well deserved

advertised my first gun for sale and sold within 48 hours so very happy. customer service also fast and friendly so what more could you ask for. awesome.

Posted ad for deac rifle to be put in deac guns category but as it's a rifle it went into live/deac bolt action section.Repeatly asked for change of category to main deac section,three times confirmed that change has been made,only for it to remain in original category.Eventually gave up,waste of money as unlikely anyone will see it in the category posted.Should have known better really as exactly the same thing happened a year ago except after three attempts they actually changed it,lesson learned this time,advertise through guntrader and not this bunch of useless timewasters.

Dreadful website over complicated, placed an ad paid for it despite an email saying as had gone live I could not find it anywhere on the site on manage my ads just keep saying subscribe to a paid ad ? Err already done that. Asking where my ad was they just keep saying my ad was live , asking where received no reply. Hardly surprising gun hasn't sold . Complete waste of money, poor customer service.

Great site that actually works at a very reasonable cost.
I`ve used the Gunstar website twice now for selling items and both times they`ve sold no problem within a week or so.

Paid for a "gun of the week" ad with Gunstar in with some other premium features, and while there was a bit of clunkiness initially and we needed to get customer service involved to remedy it and get the ad up, the ad got the item sold - good visibility in all facets of the firearms community in the UK.
