Visited Headmasters again in Sutton, Surrey. Sam cut my hair, looks great. He listened to what I wanted, and explained what he could do. Just what you need from a salon. All the staff are friendly and helpful in Sutton headmasters, I cannot praise them enough. If looking for a good hairdressers locally, I recommend you try this salon. 😊

Absolutely in love with my new hairstyle, styled by Mary whose joyful and professional attitude was like a sunshine. She recommended great length and cut which makes my facial features to stand out. I am extremely happy with my visit at Headmasters @ Streatham Hill.

Zunächst zum Ist-Zustand: Ich -> Halbafrikanerin -> bereits etwas länger "jung" und deshalb weitestgehend ergraut, wollte unbedingt einen Bob geschnitten haben.
Spoiler: Zum Glück hat Roxy Ihre Kompetenz in den Ring geworfen und mir diesen Unsinn ausgeredet - denn ich weiß nicht ob ihr es wusstet, diese Biester wachsen lockig nach.
Bei meinem ersten Besuch kam ich 30 min früher, um einen Eindruck von diesem Salon und der Atmosphäre zu bekommen. Zuerst durfte ich Asya bei einem Haarschnitt beobachten. Ich habe noch niemals jemanden so akribisch schneiden sehen - und ich könnte Bücher über meine Erfahrungen mit Salons schreiben. Auch wurde die Auszubildende mit fachbezogenen Aufgaben betreut und war nicht einfach nur "Hol mal-Bring weg-Feg auf-Wasch die Farbe runter".
Bei Asya habe ich die Chi-Behandlung machen lassen (welches Curly-Girl träumt nicht von glatten Haaren) und Farbe und Schnitt (selbstverständlich frühestens 24 h später) war unter der Regide von Roxy.

I've been a customer at Rush for well over a decade, but when I went in to get a fringe trim I was told that they no longer offer the service and that I should book a new haircut instead.

So I went to Headmasters at Clapham South a few minutes away, where Vicky gave me a brilliant fringe trim straight away and told me there was no charge. I liked the experience so much that I will be taking my custom to Headmasters!

I've been coming to Twickenham Headmasters for three years, and every visit has been fantastic. My hair always looks fabulous thanks to the very talented Nikolay. Honestly this guy is like an artist! Everyone here is friendly and welcoming, Maureen is the nicest receptionist ever creating a genuinely positive atmosphere. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I visited Headmasters in Epsom and had a balayage. It was awful. Orange , streaky , with huge chunks of hair not blended in at all. I had to pay to get It corrected. It was so bad it’s embarrassing. I’d avoid Emily at Epsom.

I went to the Kingston branch to have a root tint colour, trim and blow dry. My hair is long, one length, so the 2 inch trim was very simple and quick. The colour and blow dry was fine.

But when I came to pay I found I had been charged £93 just for the cut and blow dry alone (before adding the cost for colour). This seems really excessive when the cut itself was so quick and basic. I've found a place locally that will trim and blow dry for £36, and that is for long hair. I only wanted a BASIC trim. Headmasters clearly do a massive markup on this, which really is a rip off. I've spoken to Headmasters and they've offered 50% off my next cut and style (not colour!) but this is still much more than the local cut and blow dry cost. I WON'T be getting my hair cut at Headmasters again, as it is an absolute rip off. I'll stick to the colour and I'll be watching the prices.

I’ve been coming to headmasters for 4+ years, Kasey makes the journey from Essex to Richmond worth it every single time! I’ve left a google review before praising Kasey, and want to put one in again, I cannot put into words how professional and talented she is. She’s very admirable, welcoming and caring. I do not feel embarrassed at all which is so important, without a doubt every time I leave she boosts my confidence in myself. It’s why I have happily trusted her with both of my sisters’ hair too! We refuse to go anywhere else. It’s so important and appreciated by me that she has taken the time to build a trusting relationship with us. I ask her endless questions about my hair, and am always advised honestly and respectfully. No matter the circumstances she always achieves my crazy transformations!
Because of this I am gladly vocal about my love for the salon chain and will continue to recommend endlessly xx

The haircut was so far removed from what I asked for it was almost funny (almost). She literaly did the opposite of what I asked and seemed as if she couldn't give a hoot.

My daughter and I both had our hair coloured and restyled by Chelsea. She did an amazing job and we left as very happy clients. Thank you Chelsea.

I very rarely go to hairdressers but I have to say the Headmasters hair salon in streatham Hill was absolutely brilliant. The lady who did my hair was so lovely and done a wonderful job on my hair. I will definitely be going back

Booked an appointment for the certain time at Croydon Branch for my daughter for the little hair trim When came for the appointment was asked to wait , after 20 min waiting, was told that the appointment wasn't booked at all. Why would we came to the salon ,then and made waited 20 min ? The hairdresser was rude and abrupt, almost kicked us out from the salon, as according to her , we didn't have an appointment.

My first time at Headmasters, and wow what an experience. I went to the Windsor branch and had Christian do my hair - that man is a genius. We had a (complimentary) consultation where he listened to what I wanted and gave me his advice based on his many years of experience. I then came in a week later for my hair colour and cut- and he did such an amazing job. I have never had such an amazing hair cut - it’s just brilliant.
The girls in the salon are so lovely too - everyone is friendly and they are all so sweet. I’ll definitely be back - thanks Christian and all the team!
