Visited Sutton headmasters to make use of their 50 per cent of colour sale. So glad I did Dean did an amazing job with my highlights great consultation regarding colour. I'm sure they will get more business from the new me. Many of my cushave ask where I had it done. Can't remember lady name who did cut and blow dry but she too was great

Bijzonder tevreden met HairMasters Den Haag. Het waren 2 vliegen in één klap. Mijn partner’s hoofd is half kaal tgv een hersentumor en heeft nu voor het eerst na 17 jaar een volledige pruik. Zij is er superblij mee. Ik heb de strijd met Alopecia opgegeven. Sinds ik een mooie pruik draag is mijn kwaliteit van leven veel verbeterd. Dankjewel Cora

Headmasters Guildford. Thought long about posting this as my first ever appointment here with Benita was one if the best I have ever had. The place was recommended, and obviously has loyal clients. Sadly Benita has left, so was recommended Flavio. He is an experienced and popular hairdresser , so perhaps it was an off day- but frankly whole experience was a disaster! Firstly was asked my name FOUR times by different staff on arrival because so busy they evidently didn’t get time to log/ register me in. Then running 20 mins late with no apology or explanation. Then taken downstairs only to find a different hairdresser about to cut my hair - until I checked so brought upstairs again! ( a “Mix up”) When ( finally!) introduced to Flavio he did an extremely quick hair wash ( no offer of treatments; no head massage) and cut - longer than the “ on the shoulders” I had asked for. Then proceed to put me under a dryer even though I said my hair is usually blow dried ( “ it’s not that I don’t want to blow dry your hair but you should never have your hair blow dried, it should dry naturally “) - implying 50 years of hairdressers ( including those at the same salon!) were all wrong! When it was complete he said” looks good doesn’t it” and could see I looked extremely dubious. I said I thought it looked very scruffy and his response was “ it makes you look younger” and” it’s my job as a hairdresser to advise you” plus” your hair was too big when you came in”!! I agree a hairdresser can ( possibly should) ADVISE , but they should also respect and listen to the client’s wishes. This absolutely did not happen. I gave it a few days to calm down and see if post wash at home it would magically look better - it doesn’t - basically raggedy abd duesnt look length wise like it’s been cut at all. Terribly disappointing after previous huge success.

Had a beautiful cut done by Ashleigh / Farnham today and the whole experience was perfect. She did everything exactly to how I liked and was very comforting with my anxieties.

The team is fantastic and the atmosphere very warmly welcoming and friendly. I visit the salon every month and leave looking amazing. There are regular special discounted offers on colour which I always benefit from. BIG thank you to everyone. They deserve continued success in 2025.

Another successful session at Headmasters Chiswick! I've been going there for 10+ years and have always found them to be friendly, listened to what I was trying to achieve in terms of colour, cut and style, and advised accordingly. Thank you Sadia for working your magic again!

Friendly and efficient staff

Friendly staff on reception on check in and at payment. Monika listened to what I wanted and gave me a haircut that I was very happy with. I felt very well looked after.

Just popped in to inquire about hair treatments and the "receptionist" was incredibly rude, barely looked up when talking to me, and didn't want to answer my questions properly. She clearly didn't want to be at work today and chose to be rude to customers. Or perhaps her skills are better suited in the back office.

It was not good at all, I got my forehead burnt with the straightener on New Years Eve and I was handed a wet towel to put it on the burn, the stylist didn’t even look concerned.
Horrible experience.

had a fantastic experience at Headmasters Paddington! I had to reschedule last minute, and they were so accommodating with my request. Lidi was incredibly attentive and professional, making me feel completely at ease. The salon itself is warm, cosy, and spotless – such a relaxing atmosphere. To top it off, I enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee that truly melted my heart. Thank you for such a wonderful visit – I’ll definitely be back!

Tiana was amazing, had a chat about what I wanted and she coloured, cut and styled my hair beyond my expectiations. Such a lovely young lady and a great stylist to boot. Would highly recommend Tiana.

I went to headmasters Sutton the girl who attended on me seem to be rushed!
I was going out to dinner and wanted a few highlights and a blow dry . She flatly refused my colour stating that it would not be effective enough ! Did not oblige to do my blow dry either . I will not be going there ever again

Good team work, and a well managed branch . Daniella has beautifully styled my hair for an important Christmas occasion, and I can't wait to show it off. Always polite and friendly, we have a good laugh which makes it such an uplifting experience. Have used this branch for years and never had a bad experience.

I have been going to Headmasters in Wimbledon Village since it opened - the first ever Headmasters - over 40 years ago.
I have always returned as the standard of treatment is very skilled, the environment is very relaxing, and I always leave feeling satisfied with the result. What more could you ask for.....
